Hi, I send request into endpoint api, but the iteraction dont work (i know, i have a problem). When i try get api, receive OK 200 (code response) in server, but don't showes nothing, only "typing"... I using exatly example of api method "snatchbotAPITest" present into doc (https://support.snatchbot.me/docs/json-api), and with postman app, it's all ok. Please, i need help, rs tnks that's all

Hello, Snatchbot People, thanks for the excellent support, We had the problem with the "Ursula Account" a few days ago, thanks for the help, I am her husband and we are currently working on the expansion of the Snatchis. Since we need it multilingual, we copy existing interactions and adjust the links accordingly. That shouldn't be a problem, and so far it has worked fine. Since today we get the error message "This connection is broken, it may affect the bot scenario" and of course we don't get any further. I would be happy if you could help us once again. Hi, after the Update from yesterday all of my bots are lost :-( Please tell me what to do ....

My bot loses the chat context and starts again from the welcome message

After the maintenance some of my intent NLP return true if I use the test function with a sentence. But when I write the same sentence in the test chat the bot doesn't recognize it or respond with an erroneous interation and viceversa.

I am an attorney using PracticePanther as my business database. I would like to use the Bot to confirm some personal information (name, address, age, SSN) housed in PracticePanther. Changes to existing data and new client data collected should post back to PraticePanther. Question 1. I did not see existing zaps on Zapier for this. Should I be worried? Question 2. How do I estimate the monthly amount to budget for this interactive solution. Thank you. Steve
