I'm very new to Snatchbot and I think my scenario should be simple but I cannot get it to work. I would like to be able to use the value of an interaction to direct the flow of later interaction. Here is the flow 1. Which color do you like? (quick replies are "Red" "Green" "Blue" ) 2. What is your first name 3. What is your last name - Now with this question I would like to direct them to an interaction based on the selected color above. So if they chose red above the next question would be red... 4. Red question 5. Green Question 6. Blue Question Appreciate the Help

Hi, I have a problem that when a user writes something to the chatbot that is not included to the conditional connections's keyword section it does start all over again the whole conversation from the beginning. I set the 'fallback connecion' to 'do nothing' but it doesn't work since it starts the whole conversation again from the first message. Please help me

HI. Did you fixed this bug? I have a bot with 100 interactions and i cant order them by move it using the drag and drop funcionality. at the begining it worked well but at some point it started to mixed them all break the initial order. I already report this bug about a month ago but the problem persist. many thanks JJ
