I have connected my bot to telegram and i've embedded a few links in one of the greeting messages but only a few of the links show up properly with the Link title & thumbnail image (the links are of other telegram groups which already have cover pictures). The rest of the links don't show the link title nor the thumbnail image. I have attached a screenshot as well.

I needed to change my bot little bit. Then i logged into it. But i cant find it. It working well right now But i cant find monitor? what do i do now??

I'm very new to Snatchbot and I think my scenario should be simple but I cannot get it to work. I would like to be able to use the value of an interaction to direct the flow of later interaction. Here is the flow 1. Which color do you like? (quick replies are "Red" "Green" "Blue" ) 2. What is your first name 3. What is your last name - Now with this question I would like to direct them to an interaction based on the selected color above. So if they chose red above the next question would be red... 4. Hi, I have a problem that when a user writes something to the chatbot that is not included to the conditional connections's keyword section it does start all over again the whole conversation from the beginning. I set the 'fallback connecion' to 'do nothing' but it doesn't work since it starts the whole conversation again from the first message. Please help me

If I have to create a similar structure inside my webhosting, where I have to put the 2 PHP files? The url reported inside the articole is this: https://weather.snatchbot.me/?type=setCity. Example: In my case https://www.myhosttest123.com/sub_dir/code1.php and https://www.myhosttest123.com/sub_dir/code2.php are correct? Thank you for support

HI. Did you fixed this bug? I have a bot with 100 interactions and i cant order them by move it using the drag and drop funcionality. at the begining it worked well but at some point it started to mixed them all break the initial order. I already report this bug about a month ago but the problem persist. many thanks JJ
