I'm trying to set up HubSpot integration, and none of the information extracted (name, email, etc.) is showing up in the Chatbot's responses. Example, trying to populate the user's first name in the response: Bot Statement#2417601 {Can you also tell me your first name?}{Now please write your first name?}{Now I would like to know your first name, can you please write it below👇?} (Please just type your first name without any additional letters or words) Bot Statement #2417602 🤝 Nice to meet you, [customVar firstname=[responseTo interaction=2417601 fallback=TEXT]] ::next-2:: The response just shows up as "🤝 Nice to meet you, " with no name populated. This is the same for any data I try to extract from previous interactions. Any suggestions?

Is it possible to check whether the user is active in the bot or they left.E.G: If there is no message from the user for the last 10 mins then we should know that the user has left the bot.

Dears, nlp training is not working. Since yesterday i have multiple nlp models with just a few samples in status "training". I tried to create a new model with just one sample and the same happened. thanks

Otherwise, I have this word "Estefanía" included in other PLN model "Nombres", because there are some names that we need to recognize. Could you please helping me about this? I have already trained the models. 2. Is there any way to obtain the entity data the PNL model recognized?, for example in Names: "Here is doctor James", I would like to obtain and save in a attribute the value "James". Is it possible?
