Report Status(Api)available?
Hi past Two Weeks I was using Snatchbot, it's so awesome to use
I have a Three Questions For My Clarification
1.Can I get the Reports (Bot Message)information through Api's its Possible? or I just have to visit your site every time to get the Report?
and
2.if I upgrade to Pro it's possible to get the Reports information through Api's? or Not possible?
3.Do you have that API Facility to do so?

Using Subdomains in bot setting
Hello
Is it possible to specify a wildcard subdomain for the chatbot to appear in all subdomains?
I said this because my application runs under multiple subdomains for each customer through it's the same application. I have around 300+ subdomain

Not getting Confirmation Email to add Bot
Good night,
I am trying to be added to a bot. The other account sent an email to be added as a team member. I see the notification on my snatchbot account, but i have not gotten the confirmation email. Please help.

NLP training is not working

Nlp training is not working. I have lots of my nlp models with some samples in status training
I create new models with less samples and the same happened.

Extraction from previous responses not populating?
I'm trying to set up HubSpot integration, and none of the information extracted (name, email, etc.) is showing up in the Chatbot's responses.
Example, trying to populate the user's first name in the response:
Bot Statement#2417601
{Can you also tell me your first name?}{Now please write your first name?}{Now I would like to know your first name, can you please write it below👇?}
(Please just type your first name without any additional letters or words)

🤝 Nice to meet you,
[customVar firstname=[responseTo interaction=2417601 fallback=TEXT]]

The response just shows up as "🤝 Nice to meet you, " with no name populated. This is the same for any data I try to extract from previous interactions. Any suggestions?

How to check whether the user is in the bot or they left
Is it possible to check whether the user is active in the bot or they left.E.G: If there is no message from the user for the last 10 mins then we should know that the user has left the bot.

nlp training is not working
Dears,
nlp training is not working. Since yesterday i have multiple nlp models with just a few samples in status "training".
I tried to create a new model with just one sample and the same happened.

Live Chat , Adding Agent is typing text
When the user begins chatting to a live agent, whilst the user is waiting for the agent to respond or when the agent is typing, we want for ‘VMIA’s advisor is typing’ to display.
Can if we could display the below during live chat to reassure the end user ?
