Please we tried filling the form on 360 dialog for the business registration of a number yesterday evening, but we realized some of the detail for example the email filled in was wrong. I have written to their mail this morning to help terminate the process so we can fill a new form afresh but no feedback has be gotten from them yet. I don't know if there is something you guys can do so I can submit a newer form on the same number.

Hi, i have using the webhook to send the attribute value to my server.In that sometimes it sends the value as null. When i try to reconfirm it at that time it sends the correct value. Today at 7.49 P.M. (IST) I have noticed that the attribute value send was null. May I know what is the issue or how to fix it.(It doesn't happen all the time)

In a lot of cases sometimes I just want to show a rick card to the user. I do not want any bot-message before showing a card. But it looks like I can not use a card without entering anything as bot message. Any way to show the cards without showing any mot message first?
