Facebook Desktop VS Mobile
Hi there.
I have the free version on Snatchbot.
Everything is working perfectly on a desktop, but not on a mobile phone. Android or iPhone has no response to messages.
Does anyone please have any advice to offer?

How to define a JSON inside body of EXTENDED API INFORMATION
Hi,
I have define this JSON inside the body:

All goes rigth but Seliom send the literal not the field value.
For example, send [attribute=nombre] instead of Ignacio Fernández.

My question is how do I have to define the attribute within the JSON so that it sends the value of the attribute?

Exported message in text format is not readable or in proper readable format
Hi, when i am exporting the conversation. I am getting in .txt which is not at all readable as there is no spacing in between the conversations. Kindly suggest me what to do so that I shall get the conversation in readable format.

Error msg for JSON API
To test my JSON API error msg output I deliberately changed my server file name (means api call will give 404).
But the bot did not give any error msg. It simply kept on taking input and moved nowhere.
How can I give users a msg in case our webhook/api server is down?
Also I have noticed that even if I change the API address (and click verify to get 200 for the new address), responses still get sent to the old API address. Even though the GUI keeps showing the new url.
