how to set webhook for entire snatchbot

Hey guys ! I am trying to set webhook calls to snatchbot from fulfillment section of dialogflow ,as I want to interact from dialogflow to snatchbot . I saw in the "config" section of bots for setting webhook for entire bot . But don't how to do it. any guess ? I know the python flask integrator from this https://www.pragnakalp.com/dialogflow-integration-with-snatchbot-using-python-flask/ won't work for me .

JSON API not making any request to API address

Hi Support, My bot id is 146284. I am not sure why my API request (2292498) returns error even though i receive a 200 response from verifying my API address. Testing my API address on Postman returns a JSON response has the same fields as those that are in your documentation (https://support.snatchbot.me/docs/using-the-json-api). There were also no requests made to my API when i am testing my bot verified in Postman proxy capture requests. Thank you for your help in advance!

"Unsubscribe" after timeout in Whats'App channel

Hi I have a bot that works on Telegram and Whats'App with a Pro Plan. Everything is fine on Telegram. I have a problem on What'sApp. I am working with the attributes "subscribe=yes" or "subscribe=no" to broadcast on both channels. When What'sApp users are not activity for several hours/days and I'm broadcasting a new message, they don't receive it. I checked in my lists and they all stay "subscribe=yes" (which is good but really strange at the same time, why they don't receive the new message ?). To make a test, if I go to the broadcast page and I sort by "subscribe=no", there is nobody. So how is it possible that the users do not receive the new message? It looks like a kind of timeout which makes them unsubscribe but not really... Moreover if they send back the "start" message "Heidi" (which allows to subscribe to our bot) it works again! As a reminder, my bot works like a list where users can subscribe (by sending the message "Heidi") and receive news from the broadcast system. They can unsubscribe from the bot by sending the message "stop". Can you take a look at my bot to help ? Thank you very much for the support
