Hi, thanks for helping out before. I am designing a bot to answer product questions and help customers. I intend to design out as much ambiguity as I can, but to be a bot as opposed to a console app, I do need to demonstrate some intelligence to the customer. In your Faq you quote "An NLP engine that eliminates the need to program intent and context" where can I find documentation on this? I am designing the background FAQ table to be queried via rest api. For now I have a test field called "Intent" In order to retrieve any useful information, my bot will have to send this intent precisely as it is in the database. Suppose the customer utters "wats a cornflake then uh?" and I have an intent called "explaining cornflakes" how do the two things match? and how do I fin the right bit of information to send to the customer? Thanks in advance Ed

Hey, I am trying to build an ecommerce chatbot that can be used to order t-shirts and take payment using Paypal present. But, I would prefer to show the person, the items that he has selected as a cart, to add/remove and then checkout. How can I do that? Do I use custom variables for this, and how can I display all of his selected products to him in one module?? Any help regarding this is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, I am trying to build a food ordering chatbot using Snatchbot. The Restaurant is only available in a single city, Is there any way for me to validate that address such that only people with addresses in the particular city can go through and order. I will be deploying this in Facebook. Can this be done? Thank you!

I'd like the chat bot to span the full width of the page whenever the user opens the webpage, but right now it shows up as a button in the corner that has to be clicked to expand out to the page. How do you customize either the embedded code or the css to fix this?
