Something weird is happening with attributes, they don't propperly update when you set them. After awnser once, you set that value forever even and if you awnser again you still get the same value.

Hello, We created a chatbot with Snatchbot and implement the bot on our website (coolsafety.nl) with the embed code. The bot is working fine but for every page load there is also an inbox item created but without conversation/interaction. Is it possible to create only inbox items if there is conversation/interaction with the bot?

Hi, I realise that some of my interactions are skipped/incomplete when I test my bot. Eg. only the bot message shows but not the card. However, when testing the individual interactions, they work fine. Could I get some help on how to fix the issue? thanks

Hello, is there is any way or work around to disable session expiry ? because it's ridiculous to start the chat all over again every three hours. people sometimes recontact you and it's not cool to keep ask them the same questions in the past the value of session expiry was unlimited but now it's limited to 10800 seconds
