We want some extracted data from users like email or phone number, etc. I am getting separate emails for each data entry by the user. can we do setting in our chatbot to get the all the data in a single email?

Hi Team, Is their a response time limit. I am sending an email from my PHP page by using the Json interaction from BOT. Sometime the email shoot and sometimes it throws the error meassage of BOT. So, just want to know if there is a time limit for getting back Response in Json Interaction? Thanks, Prashan

How do I send push messages from my application to the bot connected to Messenger? I tried the Snatchbot API with the URL: https://account.snatchbot.me/channels/api/api/idxxxxx/appsnatchbot/apsyyyy with 'xxx' and 'yyy' replaced with my App ID and secret, and the following body: {"message": "Some text that you want to send bot"} However no message is being sent to FB Messenger. I previously saw that you don't sell or give access to the data gathered by chatbots to third parties. So what do you do with them ? Do you just keep them for fun ? Do you study them ? I've been facing issues using the Facebook Messenger bot platform, where occasionally after a user sends a response, the bot hangs and freezes with an animated speech bubble displaying "..." or "snatchbot is typing", failing to send the intended bot message. However, I was able to solve the issue by repeating the same user response again, which affects user audiences. Does anyone else experience this problem? Can it be identified and solved? Thank you
