Export responses to chatbot by Users

How do I export responses by users to a report I can see. Looked at the user interface and see JSON in XML format and see conversation format but I am looking for an Excel format that will show me line by line the question a user responded to along with the answer they provided during the chat session. Saving an attribute on gallery card button click

Hello, Is there a way to save an attribute on a button click of a gallery card? This is the use case: 1. Gallery contains multiple cards and each card contains multiple buttons (e.g. each card represents one product and each card has 2 buttons: 'More Info' and 'Buy') 2. User clicks on 'Buy' and is redirected to the 'Buy' interaction for the product (card) that he clicked on. So, we have 2 interactions: one shows the products and the other one shows the purchase details of the chosen product. To achieve this, we need to have a way to 'remember' what the user clicked in the first interaction. In the platform, I could only see a button of type 'Blocks', where I can choose the next interaction, but no way to 'remember' what was chosen. Is there a way to achieve this? (quick replies are not really an option because we want to have multiple buttons (different actions) on each card) Best, John

Buttons to filter/channel users to different content areas

I see that when I create an interaction there is the ability to insert cards and this allows me to pass a user onto different interactions which is in fact what I'm trying to achieve however I've seen in the example bots the way these filters/buttons are displayed can be different, to try and explain the 'cards' seems to create a block with the buttons in however the other way I've seen buttons displayed is a simple row without being held within a visible block. Can anyone advise me how I achieve the alternative display style?

Could you kindly explain me how to redirect an user, whose session expired, to a particular interaction based on the user's choice, through permanent attributes? Example: • Choose: Red Yellow Green [Interaction 12345] • User chooses Red -> Attribute=[Response to Interaction 12345] • 3 hours (10800 seconds) pass and the session expires • User comes back Now, the user should skip the Interaction 12345 and go to another, based on his choice. So if an user chose Red, then he should directly go to Interaction 12346: You Chose Red! Do I need to use Prior Responses? Do I need to use If statements? Do I need to use Logic Operators? If you could explain me through a video or an example, it would be really useful, thank you.

Facebook Bot stopped working correctly

Hi There, I deployed a Facebook Bot, the logic works perfectly in test and was working fine up to yesterday. The following summary explains the issue: Correct function - User is directed to the option menu and able to choose one of the following - Nexus GDN Services, Book a Consultation, About Us, Contact Us, Leave Feedback. Once in each option, user gets a second prompt that either takes them back to the Main options menu or allows them to exit. The following loops are not working: Book a consultation - when this option is selected the user is not redirected to this option but is instead given the menu message again. Contact Us - same issue as with booking About us - User is correctly redirected to this option but is not being allowed to choose to return to the main options menu after this link Nexus GDN Services and Leave feedback links are working as expected and the logic here is identical. I also confirm that my website bot has the same logic flows and is working perfectly. Please Help.

A student studied Subjust1-chapter2-section 3, now log out, 4 hours later, he comes back to continue his study, how to design Bot to continue the course from the point when he logged out instead of from very beginning? Can Bot receive student ID and Subject-Chapter-Section info from other eliment on the same page? 2. Can we design multiple subject in ONE Bot? Or we have to design ONE Bot for each subject? 3.
