Maintenance has broken my bot
Hello.
After your maintenance, all my connections were broken, so I restored it from a backup.
I often have trouble accessing the dashboard.
When I create new connections, they simply do not work. Even really, really simple things refuse to work
for example, a connection with: Response to the interaction ->contains all of -> Illustrator, Mask (masks as a synonym... If you type Illustrator clipping mask as a response, it reverts to the fallback response.
I was supposed ot be presenting this working this week, after spending the last week putting it together, and it looks like my time has been wasted/I'll need ot find an alternative and build it quick!
Your help will be much appreciated.

Empty textBox at the beggining
Hi,
I am getting an empty bubble before the first interaction when the conversation starts. I tried creating Bot from scratch and changing browser but the same issue persists. I can`t attach a screenshot here.
Is it a bug?

questions
1) can bot do scheduled recurring reports? Or send a session response to admin whenever someone uses the bot? e.g every day at 5pm send a user response report.
2) how can the bot present data pinged from an external database/ systems?
e.g. after the user typed their room number. ( 3245) this will send the real time info contact details of the 1) guest name, 2) email address, 3) checked in date 4) which platform they access bot in. e.g. ios or android phone/ desktop
3) Can reports be presented where all the responses are collected by the same user? e.g. John, response>> yes>> email address>> statement. At the moment, the reports are presented on separate rows by the same user ID. this is not convenient to see that its the same response by the same user.

Concurrent users for snatchbot chatbot
1)Can i know, is there limitation of concurrent user to access the snatchbot if i put it in webpage?
2) For backend login, is there any limitation if more than 1 users login to the bot at same time?Currently i have tried that when i and one of my teammate login to the bot it will not kick one of us out.Just to get confirmation or any limitation if there is.

Restart command stopped working
I'm having an issue with "restart" command. I've been testing my bot today and everything seemed fine, including "restart".
When I tested the bot again just now, it won't respond to "restart". This is what I'm getting:
- on Messenger it doesn't respond completely. When I type "restart" there is a "writing" prompt but then it disappears and nothing happens.
- in the test chat on your platform it is very reluctant: it will respond with "writing..." and one time stay inactive indefinitely and another - display the welcome message, but only after several minutes.
My bot ID is 67693. I tried cloning it expecting the situation to be some kind of a glitch, but it was all the same.
I've deactivated the bot on Messenger for now as I'm not sure if it works properly and I'm unable to test it. I would appreciate your help.
