Hi, I have setup an API call to my web hook. It works fine on the web chat, but the API is never triggered when using Facebook messenger (it just idles). P.s. trying to use this as an alternative to attributes which dont seem to be saving on Facebook messenger (https://support.snatchbot.me/discuss/5c62b93d730f6201d14f6f63 - My previous post). hello snatchbot, i have a simple question. Is it possible to trigger snatchbot when a facebook customer types a specific answer on a specific facebook post. Exemple: "Type "CHOCOLATE" to participate in our giveaway"--> The client types CHOCOLATE and BOOM snatchbot opens and starts its sequence. Is it possible to do this with snatchbot or not at all ? Hi guys, I've tried creating two bots to deploy them side-by-side onto my two pages: the first bot is for the production page and the second bot is for the development and testing purposes deployed to the test-page. I am the Administrator of both FB pages My production bot 80705 is working on the production page. I've created the new test-bot 84782, but can't deploy it to my test page https://www.facebook.com/%D0%A2%D0%B5%D1%81%D1%82-%D0%9D%D0%9F-102337261272970, no page can be chosen and it doesn't work with the button "Create Page". As soon as I'm logging in with my Facebook Account FB Channel gets marked as "Used by page <My Production Page Name>" https://account.snatchbot.me/channels/84782/fb On the page itself I see Advanced Messages ► General Settings ► Connected Apps ► No apps are connected to your Page. Is it possible to deploy 2 bots one-by-one to 2 FB pages from the same SnatchBot and the same FB account, please? Please, advise
