Is Snatch Bot completely HIPAA compliant, without any need for further coding or dealing with AWS on our end?

Can't seem to embed the bot to the bottom right of the screen, i'm using google site classics to make my website.

Adding 1 to the embed code parameters make the Bot popup on load. Can you dekay the pip? I tried putting 5 in the permanent instead of 1 but it looks like it does not take a parameter of second just BOOLEAN switch? It quote annoying to the end user popping up immediately. ( we have enough USELESS cookie monsters pop ups already spoiling the web!)

My alternative was iframe inside a fixed popup. But you disabled iframe. Better integration with websites, please. Remove border-radius on mobile too. And they also change to width 100% and height 100% in mobile. - I do not know how to speak English, I'm Brazilian - Translation

I'm experiencing an issue that i can not assign a specific interaction to a button of my rich cards. There will always occurr another interaction (always the same). I tried creating a new rich card, a new button, a new interaction with a rich card but i can not assign this specific destination interaction. The destination interaction is working fine when the connection source is no button or when tested individually. The BotID is 55965 and the destination interaction is 854532.

It would be great that once the bot has been clicked away, he stays away until the moment somebody clicks on the bot's icon. 2. The bot is too big. He covers too much of every webpage. when opening the webclient, the text is very small and almost not readable. On the laptop the size is fine. Ruben
