Hi! I have a REST service implemented in .NET and published with IIS with WebAPI 2.0 I call the service from a Json API interaction using the URL and I receive the request from the bot in the service and send a response, but the bot doesn't show or doesn't receive that response. My old bot still sends me messages from the dead even though i cleared my cache and restarted the bot conversation 1,000 times. I am getting tired of this game back and forth. Now my chatbot doesn't show up on my website. So I got a question for you. can your builder do anything useful besides causing me frustration and aggravation? I been using your bot for many months and I haven't been happy once. I didn't know that I would have to contact a company every week and report a problem only i can see on my end and not on your end. I wasn't aware that I have to watch my bot disappear for no reason or whenever it felt like. Would you do this for big businesses or just me because I am a smaller business?

How can I format extracted data so I can display it to the user is a way that looks good? Specifically, I'm trying to show an extracted address. When I try the Restaurant Bot template, starting at the "Delivery - address" interaction, I get a correct but ugly output. For example, when I respond with "2001 Ashton Ave, Menlo Park", the bot's "Delivery - success" interaction says: "Your order is received and will be delivered to the {"address":"2001 Ashton Ave, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA","coordinates":"{\"lat\":37.4342187,\"lng\":-122.2016753}"}." I'd much rather it say: "Your order is received and will be delivered to 2001 Ashton Ave, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA." But I'm unsure how to do that. Is there a way?
