If I forward all my emails to the email chat bot won't it send it back to my email? so if [email protected] send to [email protected] then gets forwarded to snatchbot won't the bot email back to [email protected]

Getting tired and frustrated

My old bot still sends me messages from the dead even though i cleared my cache and restarted the bot conversation 1,000 times. I am getting tired of this game back and forth. Now my chatbot doesn't show up on my website. So I got a question for you. can your builder do anything useful besides causing me frustration and aggravation? I been using your bot for many months and I haven't been happy once. I didn't know that I would have to contact a company every week and report a problem only i can see on my end and not on your end. I wasn't aware that I have to watch my bot disappear for no reason or whenever it felt like. Would you do this for big businesses or just me because I am a smaller business?

Input Fields in text cards

I want a text field in text cards where user types his name/email which will be used later and according to docs it is possible but no option available on platform. Copied from docs: Card type Description Text Card A card that can contain any combination of text, buttons, and input fields.
