API JSON does not show the response that is sent. The post is correct but the chat show the message error.

Hi there, Once again I would like to thank the Snatchbot team, you guys are doing an amazing job with providing us this great tool. I have an issue with my chatbot : it seems it randomly generates audio files with text-to-speech which reads with an english voice and accent the french messages of my bot. I have checked every interaction and text-to-speech is disabled on all of them. Though, it looks like the bot keeps randomly generating and sending text-to-speech to the user, sometimes even a 0:00 audio file. Can you please help me, as it represents a serious trouble for User Experience ? Thank you very much, Have a nice day !

what happend in preview? yesterday i try my bot there's nothing problem and then right now i try only show snacthbot chat not my chatbot?? and then in interaction phone for area code not showing off too?

Hey there, I have few issues: 1. I'm trying to add a text card to bot's message but the problem is when I add more than 80 symbols in text card then I get some icons of messengers like FB, Skype etc with red "!" symbol and when I navigate cursor to this icon it says smth like "Facebook limits 'Text' to 80 characters" though card's text field says I still have 278 symbols left. So can you tell me please how to fix it? 2. Can you tell me please how can I not divide my bot's text message in two places (one is for bot's message place and another one is for text card placement)? It looks like both this text fields are required but can I somehow add all of my message's text in one of those fields? Thanks! Regards, Serhii.

Has anyone had encountered this issue where the bot does not pickup the keywords so it keeps repeating the welcome/greetings interaction? I am using the Global Connections and have been testing the bot and many times I get stuck with this... I activated the custom error message: Error Message {Sorry, I'm still not getting that. Please type or say RESTART to Start Over.}{Hmm. I didn't get that. Please type or say RESTART.} (message to be sent if your bot repeatedly cannot parse a user's input) Error Count 3 (number of parse attempts before error message is sent) but it seems this does not work for global connections? I have a screenshot but this platform does not allow to include attachments. Thank you for your time and assistance, Joelle

I receive "Error connecting to the bot: network connection lost or this bot has been unpublished by its creator." as a Message when starting the TEST CHAT button. This only happens with pre-configured templates.
