Snatchbot flag icon for Vietnamese (https://snatchbot.me/img/flags_lang2/vi.png) is wrong. The official flag of Vietnam is a red flag with a yellow star in the middle. I believe the current flag icon (a yellow eagle with U.S flag in the middle) is originally a logo used by the Third Republic of Vietnam, which is a government in exile. This oganization has acts of sabotage against current Vietnamese government. Please correct this as it's not the official flag of Vietnam.

Hello, I'm very excitedly working my way through my first test-bot. I tried to work on NLP, created my own model, chose language GERMAN, Entities, List and tried to enter my first trainingssentence. Unfortunately, the textflow there is from right to left. Also the extracted keyword then is spelled right to left. BR Katrin

Hi, I have my bot: 29912 Hooked up to FB and for the first day or so it was firing limited responses, relating to the suggested responses on the Facebook ad. But after a day or two, it stopped firing all together? Can you please let me know what's happening? Thanks Lee

Hi, When i associate 2 NLP interactions (entity) and through the chat is activated the answer of one, after this interaction, when the client ask the second questions, the bot give me the answer of the first question. Bot ID 37620 Interaction: 537961

Why the text disable function is only available for the whole bot or only if you put in a quick reply? We are using also text cards and other features to direct customers toward answers. Can you make it available to add Text Disabling function by each bot statement even if there is no quick replies at the bot statement?
