Hello, Is there a way to save an attribute on a button click of a gallery card? This is the use case: 1. Gallery contains multiple cards and each card contains multiple buttons (e.g. each card represents one product and each card has 2 buttons: 'More Info' and 'Buy') 2. User clicks on 'Buy' and is redirected to the 'Buy' interaction for the product (card) that he clicked on. So, we have 2 interactions: one shows the products and the other one shows the purchase details of the chosen product. To achieve this, we need to have a way to 'remember' what the user clicked in the first interaction. In the platform, I could only see a button of type 'Blocks', where I can choose the next interaction, but no way to 'remember' what was chosen. Is there a way to achieve this? (quick replies are not really an option because we want to have multiple buttons (different actions) on each card) Best, John

According to the documentation, we can omit the interaction ID from a prior response and in that case the data from the previous interaction should be used by default. I have tested it with two forms : without the id value : [ResponseTo interaction= fallback=TEXT] without the whole id attribute : [ResponseTo fallback=TEXT] but both didn't work. Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or it's a bug.

Hello! While sending yourself an automated email alert through send email I know you can update the email subject. Is there a way to update the body of the email. Also is there a way to use the custom attributes in the email alert sent to yourself? Thank you!!

Hello there ! I recently started to use Snatchbot and I found this tool amazing :) I need to retreive some informations about my bot (messages, sessions, users, ...) and display it on my website. I don't find the solution to do that. Is it possible ? If yes, how ? Thank you for the wonderful product ! Cheers, Martin
