hi there. 1. I found that "die" and "liegt" are recocognised as negative words, when I add this pretrained NLP module . "die" means "the" for feminine words and is unavoidable when using the language. "liegt" means "it lies" (for example: St. Moritz lies in the mountains...) so no negativity there.

how can we include spell correction feature in snatchbot. It should check each and every word I type and if my word is wrong then it should ask did you mean that. Is snatchbot is capable of doing that type of spell correction.If yes then how can it be done. If no then what is the solution for it Example: If i have given circketer wrong spelled it should check the word as should ask me did u mean cricketer

Hi, I have my bot: 29912 Hooked up to FB and for the first day or so it was firing limited responses, relating to the suggested responses on the Facebook ad. But after a day or two, it stopped firing all together? Can you please let me know what's happening? Thanks Lee

The Bot will be embeded in our WebPage. 1. A student studied Subjust1-chapter2-section 3, now log out, 4 hours later, he comes back to continue his study, how to design Bot to continue the course from the point when he logged out instead of from very beginning? Can Bot receive student ID and Subject-Chapter-Section info from other eliment on the same page? 2. Can we design multiple subject in ONE Bot? Or we have to design ONE Bot for each subject? 3. Hi, I'm using Skype channel for the Bot to communicate with the user. I'm trying the below flow Bot: xxxx (request input from user in Skype) User: xxxx (responds with info. in Skype) Bot --> makes a call to a Webhook which triggers Workato (automation platform) to process the data Workato makes a POST call (https://support.snatchbot.me/reference#post-message) to the Bot with the response. We are able to view the response from Workato in Snapchat's reports (https://snatchbot.me/reports) but it doesn't appear in the Skype conversation. Could you please suggest how we can respond the user in Skype with the response coming from the external source. (POST call from Workato)

Can I get each chat as an email to a designated email id with all the data shared by the user to the Chatbot? I created a chatbot for a minimal usage. I wanted to know how many users are trying to reach through the website and get their data through the Chatbot.

Is it possible somehow? Or can you make it possible, that a flash text card's button opens two different bot statement based on a custom variable value? So as a translation giving a condition to the button... Like you make a text flash card, you add a button, you pick a block, you pick an interaction and you can add a condition. The point is that you can add multiple interaction and condition under each button. So if the condition input has a value the button will only make the action if the condition is true. It can be custom variable, attribute but not a user response because it can have multiple value that can make more conditions TRUE so the button would not work fine. So if two condition is TRUE under a button because of the given variables and attributes, you note it with an alert on the admin page. This way you can get the out the customer from a circle. Because it is quite hard to make it able for customers to change their given data. Your bot is great, I mean it has huge opportunities, but not in logical operations. If you can develop that, OMG you will own the market :D An example for a logical button statement if customers give their service request. FIRST TIME they give it, and they can modify the list also. So when they made it, they give their vehicle data, then their personal data. At the end they get a summary with all the data they gave. BUT the problem is, that if I allow them to change data again, they are running the whole process - circuit - again. The solution would be, that at a point I give a value for a custom variable and based on the value - with an IF logical operation -, the button will skip the whole process and steps to the summary page Bot Statement. What do you think? Is this possible or will be possible somehow?

Hy my chatbot loads too long, it takes at least 6 sec to see any text in chat window and an additional 4 second to be able to write. The problem is that with UX perspective the user will do something - clicks elsewhere - that make the chat closed or something that prevents the chatting, which is bad, because chatting would be my goal. can you check it on my site? https://www.komjatiauto.rs/hu/

Hy, Can I use webhook response as a variable? I would like to put a webhook response value as a variable value. Because if yes I would be able to step to different bot statement based on my visitors website button press (button value). Therefore I would not have to make multiple different bots on purpose to start different conversation. This would be very important UX developement from our side. For example on the same page, customer can press ask question OR can press make an appointment. Based on button press my chatbot will response based on webhook response value. Is this possible?
