I have some Python code on my local system that I need to use as the backend for my bot. How do I pass data from the bot to the backend? As the Py code is on my local system, I don't have an API address for it as required by the JSON interaction (unless someone can guide me with making it). This Py code needs to be my backend as it connects to a set of databases, and provides certain other functionalities.

Hi, I am using the same code as given for the weather chatbot to test JSON API in my chatbot, https://snatchbot.me/bot/45622/build, but it falls back to the Error condition. I tried looking for answers in documentation and community questions, but could not understand what is going wrong. Can you please help?

I am looking to display a global Bot statement that is executed on every response the bot sends. This global statement will have 2 quick replies: "Go Back" & "Live Chat" I want this interaction to be displayed on every response the bot sends to user. Some help please?

Hello everyone I'm new with the creation of bots and I want to know if there's any way to delete the massage choose: in a quick reply or change te language. Example: Do you want to continue? Choose: Yes No And I want to see: Do you want to continue? Yes No Other question is if I can hide the fast reply options after click on one because in telegram you see the options every time and never disappears. Thank you very much. I wait for your answer.

Hi, To a client buy a produt through the bot, need to select the product, make the payment and after the confirmation i can redirect to the address registration. Is there any way to when the client click in payment in gallery with the product, he will be redirected to the address registration and after that the payment for one product of a products list could be done (the same order than the typical e-commerce store)?

Hy, there is a really great feature that enables the user to switch between channels and continue the conversation with the chatbot. https://support.snatchbot.me/docs/switching-channels I would like to add this to the conversation. I know that there is a switch button, but none of my users understands and use that channel switch button we have in webchat. This is "out of the conversation" and they don't why should they push it. But I have talked to some of my customers and they would push the channel switch if that would be an option in the conversation. For example with a quick reply or button... For example: how can we get in touch with you? So to simplify, can I put channel switch in the conversation somehow?

I have created 21 interactions in English along with two languages translation option. What I want is when a visitor clicks on translate to Swedish it will auto-translate the welcome message from English to Swedish and when visitor select options it will auto translate them as well. Is there any way to achieve this? or I should create interaction in Swedish as well?
