Hello good Morning. I am not able to register the payment to update my Bot to the pro version. I get an error saying: "Error processing the transaction on the credit card, please contact the issuing bank for more details, or insert another card." Now try placing another card and nothing. Also, I want to add that I saw a video tutorial in case I did something wrong, and in the video I got 2 methods of payment (PayPal or Visa) in which, I only get a white square to select. I wait fast answer.

Hello early my bot was working find then suddenly stopped when I went to deploy it again on messenger I cant find my page it says that I don't have any page but I do have already two pages I tried to use another account or to open another page but I always can't find my pages what's the problem ?

The application in slack does not work properly. Slack says its not a standard integration or anything. The bot sort of installed. I linked it to an email adres. I can message it. It then says snatchbot is typing.. But I get no reaction whatsoever.

Hi Team, Thanks for all the help. I have created a gallery in my one instance on select of it I am sending to the other instance. In the next instance I am reading the selected gallery Name by [extractedData interaction=408495 fallback=None] But its coming as None. Please suggest if we have this provision in Qlik sense or not? Hello, I have been asked by a client to implement a chat bot on their charity website and am looking favourably at dialogflow. During requirements gathering, there were two specific requirements that I am unable to confirm are possible using dialogflow. Could you help me understand if the following are possible please? 1. Is it possible to make the bot interact with the website? What I mean by that is, if the user clicks a hyperlink or tells the bot they want to do a specific task, the bot should not just respond with an answer; it should actually navigate the web page too. So, if the user lands on the website homepage www.example.com, the bot launches and asks the user what they would like to do. If the user types "I'd like to make a donation", the bot should navigate the website to www.excample.com/make-a-donation and then explain how to make a donation. 2. Similar interaction is required the other way around as well, so I need the bot to react to the user changing specific DOM elements. For example, if the user picks a value from a drop down list, the bot needs to detect that value change and react with some text.

Hello Snatchbot Support team, I have always been very satisfied with your product but today my chatbot seems broken. All quick replies on the welcome message just restart the bot and do not send to the targeted interactions anymore. Also, I cannot remove these quick replies or make new ones on the welcome message. Can you please help me with this situation and make these quick replies work again ? Thank you very much, Lucas

Hello! While sending yourself an automated email alert through send email I know you can update the email subject. Is there a way to update the body of the email. Also is there a way to use the custom attributes in the email alert sent to yourself? Thank you!!
