Hello, I want to know if there is an option to connect two different interactions without receiving an input from the user end in any form. For instance, I want to create a Review page, if there is no response for quite sometime then I want it to directly connect to an entirely different interaction. I don't want to use the "Delayed Response" option for this as the two interactions have entirely different set of Quick Reply buttons. How is it possible to connect 2 different interactions without receiving an input from the user in any form.

Hi, I've created a conditional response related to a keyword submitted by the user and the conditional response fires as it should do, but then if the user types anything at all after that, the bot fires that response again, instead of reverting to the fall back of doing nothing? For instance, Can I make a long list of keywords to appear anywhere in the user response, but filter them through one other overarching keyword? eg Keyword list: T-shirt, Hoodie, poloshirt, vest, random item of clothing Overarching filter word: Price Thanks Lee

I use await response to let my customers ask for particular questions, but after a few minutes of interaction between the human staff and the customer, the bot starts to send messages again, example: customer: (Await response)... human staff: answer customer: another question... human stafff: answer customer: another question... Chatbor: (welcome message) And we cannot maintain a good conversation between with the customer, because the chatbot starts to chat again.

Hello, it's been over 2 months that I designed this chatbot to integrate with my wordpress site but the problem is that I use a page builder for all my pages and it does not integrate with Snatchbot when I put the code in HTML, the page changes formatting, my page builder is Elementor and it also has an HTML widget but it still does not fit, please can you me to say how to integrate a Snatchbot with an elementor page
