The embedded video must come from youtube or vimeo? Are there any other ways to insert video in bot's response?

Customer upload a photo with no access to other client photos
Hi,
Do you know any form to allow customer to upload photo (not like dropbox or google drive) but like a site, that don't give access to the other customer to access to the other client photo?

NLP not working
Hello
I've created a chatbot for my website, but unfortunately the NLP module doesn't work at all. I added Global Connection, selected NLP and then Entity, but the next part is inactive (the language part). So that's where it stops. I'm not able to move any further. Could you help me with this? Is there some reason why NLP doesn't work? Further I checked on the left menu, and the item NLP is somehow hanging in mid air and I'm unable to select it. So that's about the problem I'm facing. So please advice on this.

Display Message Popup
Is there a way to turn of the (1) New Message! Title that flashes in the tab when you use the Display Message Popup option. I turned the Red Circle with the 1 off, but The browser tab keeps changing the tab title to (1)New Message! flashing.

I want to change the button people see on my website to something else, but I can't find where I can do that? I can only find change icon, but that doesn't change the button itself.

why Chatbot is not working in Macbook ?
I integrated chatbot in my website . it's working fine in windows and linux but it's not working in macbook . We used google chrome browser in 3 operating systems

How to define a JSON inside body of EXTENDED API INFORMATION
Hi,
I have define this JSON inside the body:

All goes rigth but Seliom send the literal not the field value.
For example, send [attribute=nombre] instead of Ignacio Fernández.

My question is how do I have to define the attribute within the JSON so that it sends the value of the attribute?

Connect two different interactions
Hello,
I want to know if there is an option to connect two different interactions without receiving an input from the user end in any form. For instance, I want to create a Review page, if there is no response for quite sometime then I want it to directly connect to an entirely different interaction. I don't want to use the "Delayed Response" option for this as the two interactions have entirely different set of Quick Reply buttons. How is it possible to connect 2 different interactions without receiving an input from the user in any form.
