Hey !! I have an interaction with two different models for the business purpose . The problem is that they are not working together just one of them is getting the user reaction if in case that the other model should work .But both of them are working fine separability in case that there is only one model represented in the interaction . how can I make different models in the same interaction response to the user input?

I am new to snatch bot , I build my first bot but I am facing a problem . The problem is when the BOT ask an "essay question" to the user it doesn't accept the USER TEXT ANSWER . whenever the use type and answer the BOT resend the last interactions . How can I stop this ?

I've been facing issues using the Facebook Messenger bot platform, where occasionally after a user sends a response, the bot hangs and freezes with an animated speech bubble displaying "..." or "snatchbot is typing", failing to send the intended bot message. However, I was able to solve the issue by repeating the same user response again, which affects user audiences. Does anyone else experience this problem? Can it be identified and solved? Thank you

Hi Team, Thanks for all the help. I found a silly issue, while chatting when a new instance comes and User clicks on the Arrow without typing anything, it gives the last conversation text as reply. Please suggest is we have a solution to this. Thanks, Prashan

As in title, I can't add my bot to messenger. I do the following steps: Add another channel Facebook Messenger Use page (I pick a page) Save a greeting message Then I go to "messenger extensions" I click "submit your bot" I pick a page, and nothing happens? I couldn't find any tutorial on how to connect the bot to messenger, Could you please guide me through step by step? Thank you in advance

All the global connections on my bots simply disapeared ...I mean they still show there but the part in which shows if they are exact match or whole keyword for example all look blank ...and I cannot change them ...can you help me ? all the best and congrats for the great product I have a couple guys going live this next month

How can I collect all the data a customer enters and send it in an email? I understand how to collect the email address and send it but I can not figure out how to send all of the entries.. example: [ResponseTo interaction=0001 fallback=TEXT] [ResponseTo interaction=0002 fallback=TEXT] and then send all the users contact info in an email. I've run a .txt backup but it's encoded, and what I want is to export a *human readable* bot script that I can use on other parts of my site. For instance, my bot provides answers to frequently asked questions, and I want to display same info in actual FAQ page. How can I do this -- export human readable text from the bot script?

I have assigned custom values at the beginning of the chat. I have assigned 3,5,6 to each of Cab, Bus, Bike. [customVar cab=3] [customVar bus=5] [customVar bike=6] [customVar total=10] 1. How can I assign these values to quick reply or blocks option - cab,bus,bike 2. Add them to the total [customVar total=[ADD [[showVar=cab]]]]

I want a text field in text cards where user types his name/email which will be used later and according to docs it is possible but no option available on platform. Copied from docs: Card type Description Text Card A card that can contain any combination of text, buttons, and input fields.
