Hey, I am trying to build an ecommerce chatbot that can be used to order t-shirts and take payment using Paypal present. But, I would prefer to show the person, the items that he has selected as a cart, to add/remove and then checkout. How can I do that? Do I use custom variables for this, and how can I display all of his selected products to him in one module?? Any help regarding this is appreciated. Thanks!

How can I download a bot from "My Bots", to load it in another SnatchBot Account?

It looks like there's a problem of communication between SnatchBot and Facebook Messenger, because I have finished a bot for an event, on SnatchBot it is configured properly, but on Messenger, the options don't lead to each other in the way I defined them. For example, when clicking on the option to get info about the international meeting (Quick Reply button : "The 2nd International Meeting on Social Ecology"), I get the message from an other option, which is "What is Social Ecology?" (an other Quick Reply button). The web version works great though, same for the "Test the bot" version, on SnatchBot.me For testing, the page on Facebook is "Social Ecology"; and on the SnatchBot Store it's "International Meeting bot"

We use Snatchbot-bot via an iframe on our website. We embed the bot-link into the iframe for more flexibility. Everytime the bot loads, the button »get started« is presented. Is there any way to directly start the bot, without showing this button. We would really like to do this. Looking forward to your reply
