Hello, how can my bot send 3 msgs in a row without receiving a msge from user, meaning: Mssge 1 Bot: "Hello" 1second pause Mssge 2 Bot: "Glad to have you visiting us" 1second pause Mssge 3 Bot: "What can I do for you" User mssge 1: Hello User mssge 2: I want to know about XYZ.... is that possible? if so, how can I do that? Hello team, My bot includes a simple arithmetic division function. Where I get two input values from the user and finally the bot displays the division of those two numbers. When I am using this [showVar=XX], the bot is displaying the answer with more than ten decimal places. But, I want it to display with only 2 decimal places after the decimal point. Is there an option, how can I define the number of decimal places?

Hi, I have a global connection setup, for my interaction to only display when an exact phrase is typed. But it shows when I test the bot before typing (does it just do that in testing anyway, but won't when the bot's hooked up?) and it also shows what ever I type?? Basically I'm trying to match the bot responses up to the suggested responses that you get by default in fb ads. As I've been told that is a more reliable way of hooking it up than JSON and it makes it feel more seamless. The bot will literally only need to give one response, to each suggested response, nothing more complicated than that, it's just to direct to the right page on my site with cards. Any help would be much appriciated. Thanks Lee

Hi, I've went through the documentation provided and noted the date format which is recognised by Date Extraction. However, is it possible for me to add the following date format for the Date Extraction? - D/M/YYYY e.g. 25/6/2018 or 2/6/2018 Most of our customer fill in dates based on the date format above and it will be frustrating for them to keep on receiving the error notification. Thank you

Hi, we just launched our website and we added the chatbox in the website. However we tried testing it and it doesn't work. Where does the messages go to? I believe I did everything correctly setting up.. followed all the instructions. I cannot see where I went wrong. If I go to where it says "conversation" it just keeps loading with no success. Is this it? Thanks in advance

Hello Snatchbot team, First I would like to thank you for this awesome work that you are doing. I have recently begun to test the NLP features, following the step-by-step tutorial in your documentation. My problem is that when I add a new sample to my model, the text I type in the text field (text to be analyzed) is displayed in reverse (just like this : siht ekil tsuJ) In Chrome and Firefox last versions. Is it normal ? Or due to the new interface ? I use the french version. Thank you very much for your time, Lucas

Hello Snatchbot team, Thank you for all the great work and support you provide which is always very much appreciated. I am integrating our chatbot into Chatbase to provide analytics and extracted data to our client. Although I managed to link Chatbase with Snatchbot with the api key, I can not find a way to send "not_handled=true" messages to Chatbase which is a very important feature of Chatbase. (see here : https://chatbase.com/documentation/not_handled ) I already tried to include "[customVar not_handled=true]" in my Await Response message, but that does not seem to work for Chatbase. I also tried to set a custom attribute not_handled with the value true, but it does not work either. There is absolutely no documentation on the internet about that. As you are communicating a lot about the Chatbase integration, which is great, could you please give me documentation about how to integrate the 2 basic features of Chatbase : intent and not_handled messages ? Hello, I'd like to add a rich card in the middle of a bot statement. That is, I have an interaction with the following statement: Blahblahblah ::next::Blahblahblah And I'd like my rich card to appear between the first and second part of my statement. How can I do it?
