My chatbot that runs on fb messenger doesnt work again. Need help.

SnatchBot is a free builder platform for creating Bots that can easily be integrated into the different channels (Facebook, Slack, Skype, SMS, and etc.). We add new channels to the list of supported channels every day. If the platform you wish to add the Bot to is not supported by our service yet, you can always use the Bot with API type to integrate it in any of the platforms you need.

While we were configuring the JSON API, we had given a valid REST end point which returns the JSON output. But we are always receiving the error response (customized by us) in the chat bot window. The same REST point works fine and is giving the JSON response while executing in the browser. Can you please help us to resolve this issue.

How can i disable session expiry or set it to NEVER? it is really not cool for our users experience. our welcome/start message asks if they want to be receiving updates. and even after clicking yes/no, they keep getting this same welcome/start message everytime they click another button or send in a message. chatfuel, manychat etc doesn't behave like this. the restart button in the persistent menu is ok for any users to start from the beginning anytime they want, they shouldn't be forced to do so. I think it's something you can fix. Pls do or recommend what to be done.. thanks

How to take multiple responses from a user for a single question. Like suppose if i ask a question to select a list of sports he has played (can select atleast 1 and atmost all). How to have a select option list.

It has come to my attention that the PRO Plan pricing varies depending on the amount of monthly messages transmitted through the upgraded bot. Does a free bot have a limit on the amount of messages it can transmit, where it will stop interacting with users once it has hit a limit?

Hi, I came across Snachbot and think your solution might be just what we are looking for our website to help our sales team to automate part of their work with the incoming messages. But we have one question! And it's about the GDPR. Could you tell me where are the Snachbot servers located and if they are in the US are you privacy shield certified? And do you actually collect or store the customer data that is passed by a Snachbot chatbot? Thank you very much, I am looking forward to using my very first Snachbot :) -Atte

Hi, i've just built my first very basic chatbot and connected with slack - however it won;t launch when i'm in the slack channel. probably missing something really simple so please help
