Hello, I implemented my bot on my webside. Everything works fine except that there is a long loading time of the bot (about 10-15 seconds, I know it doesnt sound like a lot but users are often impatient). Is there anything I can do to reduce the long loading time of the js (has the largest loading time) or is there anything in work?

Hello, My bot 48208 after the update has 2 problems. 1- Boradcasts are not sent to all recipients (the report shows that it is sent at less than 50%) 2- People who start a new conversation in Messenger are not being added as a contact in the bot. E.g. I've created 5 NLP models and 5 respective global connections that map each model to a specific intent, i.e. response. If A->"A" If B -> "B" etc. But if it doesn't match A...E, how would I set a default response, and then possibly change confidence thresholds for which A...E are matched to minimize false positives? Hello, Is it possible to receive a full transcript of the conversation with a both via email? Not just the data from an interaction but instead from all interaction. So, if a user uses the bot then exit the conversation, at that moment, we can trigger the bot to send an email that has all the responses and data entered by that user. Hope this makes sense.

Hi Team, Thanks for all the help. I have created a gallery in my one instance on select of it I am sending to the other instance. In the next instance I am reading the selected gallery Name by [extractedData interaction=408495 fallback=None] But its coming as None. Please suggest if we have this provision in Qlik sense or not? All the global connections on my bots simply disapeared ...I mean they still show there but the part in which shows if they are exact match or whole keyword for example all look blank ...and I cannot change them ...can you help me ? all the best and congrats for the great product I have a couple guys going live this next month

Hello, I'm having a problem with the facebook messenger. Every day I send a new message to my subscribers, but there is a message (sent on June 17) that is sent only to some people up to 4 times a day. In addition, an audio message is usually sent where a voice is heard saying numbers. It's very weird. I have verified and do not have scheduled or repeat messages. But still both the old message and the audio are sent alone, to anyone and many times. Bot ID 48208 You can help me?
