My chatbot is not able to communicate with E-Mail clients (e.g. gmx /web.de) that are using different formats.

I had errors publishing my bot (I hadn't configured all the permissions correctly after using a test page) Now I can't unpublish or delete the bot. I have tried removing the business integration from the Facebook side and reauthenticating but with no luck. Error on unpublish: {"error":17} Error on delete (for whole bot): {"error":4}

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to override the error response. Specifically: I have an extract phone number interaction to which I have added a Quick Response "I don't want to", in case somebody doesn't want to give his number. Unfortunately, this triggers the error response. Is there a way around it?

hi, i have a chatbot and it works great, it is display with the lil image in the corner. however if i want to use this chatbot on another site where it is already with an open window, it says now "chatbnot" typing, but then nothing happens. i think this is a new behaviour. can you please look? thanks. here for example: https://freeyourbase.org/angst-vor-ablehnung/

Any plans for broadcast API in the future? It will be great to be able to send broadcast via JSON

How to broadcast using JSON? Can some new information from another server be pushed to the chat without user interaction once initiated? Currently the JSON API works only in response to an interaction

For that 1, I need to pass a token to identify employee (How to pass a value from website to snatchbot while opening a chat) 2, I can able to use your snatchbot support bot(30466) in my test website with the help of chatbot id, which can be taken from inspector. I have a third party API where a webhook in my bot is sent to, I have also created custom attributes to be sent with the webhook, however the request does not seem to attach the customer attributes as parameters, I have tried everything in your documentation and really beginning to wonder if it has something to do with my node API. I have tested a request with parameters using my API and it works no problem.
