Searching for a value from google sheet and then displaying a value from another column in chatbot using Zapier
Hello,
I followed the tutorial of how to insert data into google sheet using Zapier and it works.
Right now, I made 2 columns called Name and Progress in google sheet.
I would like the user to type his name and then using Zapier to search for the name and then return the progress of that name.
In Zapier I have 2 steps, Catch Hook and Find or Create Row in Google Sheets. Also, I think I should add another step that sends back the progress that corresponds to that name. However, I don't know which one or how to do it.
In Snatchbot, I would like to know how to receive data from Zapier and display it to the user.
Please don't link working with user responses article because I couldn't find what I want there. Also, I don't want to use Snatchbot Automation right now, except if Zapier isn't able to do this.

mcard__btn css changes are not working
Hi I tried to change mcard__btn css but it did not apply to the bot. Could you please have a look and let me know what is wrong there.

Keyword Responses?
Hi,
How can I make my bot respond a certain way if it detects a certain keyword in the user's responses?
Also, is there a way that these keywords can be programmed so that synonyms (due to language variation or spelling errors) also register under the same keyword?

Configuration of Opening Message/Instant Reply
Hello, Snatchbot Support Team -

Considering that there is no disable feature of the restart command, is there a way to just display the instant reply or opening message for new customers only? For instance, if I already messaged the page, I will no longer receive that message for my succeeding conversations.
My Bot ID is 111113, and the Interaction ID is 1737227.
I am hoping you can assist me on this, please
