Is it possible to add multiple buttons to a single conversation for the user to select? For example: Do you accept the terms and conditions Button 1 - yes ----- Button 2 - No Right now i am getting the two options as part of separate conversations. Thanks and best regards

Hi, I've created a conditional response related to a keyword submitted by the user and the conditional response fires as it should do, but then if the user types anything at all after that, the bot fires that response again, instead of reverting to the fall back of doing nothing? For instance, Can I make a long list of keywords to appear anywhere in the user response, but filter them through one other overarching keyword? eg Keyword list: T-shirt, Hoodie, poloshirt, vest, random item of clothing Overarching filter word: Price Thanks Lee

Is there a relatively easy way to use Snatchbot with WordPress and have different chat channels where agents cannot jump into other chats? Say I have a used car business and each of my salesmen has a page with his inventory and you could chat with that particular salesmen on his page only, go to another page, different agent. Ideally I'd have a way of making a Snatchbot chat agent for each WordPress user made with the role Contributor. If this is cake if done via a different framework or system but a pain with WordPress, please tell me.

Hello, I'm trying to change the color of the background to 'transparent'. I'm using the "frame the webchat URL" option and I'd like chat messages to overlay over a background image. I understand that I need to upload a custom css file; however, I can locate the correct style element. Any help is appreciated. Also, if anyone in the community has worked with CSS files, I'd love to hire you to get some custom CSS help.

Hi Team, Thanks for all the help. I have created a gallery in my one instance on select of it I am sending to the other instance. In the next instance I am reading the selected gallery Name by [extractedData interaction=408495 fallback=None] But its coming as None. Please suggest if we have this provision in Qlik sense or not? I've run a .txt backup but it's encoded, and what I want is to export a *human readable* bot script that I can use on other parts of my site. For instance, my bot provides answers to frequently asked questions, and I want to display same info in actual FAQ page. How can I do this -- export human readable text from the bot script?

When I collect customer information and save them as attributes in the chatbot, how can I email those custom attributes to myself as part of the email alert? Currently the email alert just shows: Bot Name: Bot ID: ModuleID: Platform Type: UserID: User message: I'd like to add Custom Variables or Attributes to this list. Is this possible? Is there a workaround to email this information via a webhook if not?

The application in slack does not work properly. Slack says its not a standard integration or anything. The bot sort of installed. I linked it to an email adres. I can message it. It then says snatchbot is typing.. But I get no reaction whatsoever.

Hello there. I created a good-bye intent, with a NLP model consisting of user utterances like Thank you, I will close this discussion now etc. (in German, so I made examples like "Danke" and "Ich möchte das Gespräch beenden." When "training" the model and setting the settings, first I chose 1 . With this setting, when writing "was kostet das" (how much does it cost) the sylable "da" from the german word "das" (=it) gets recognized as part of "Danke" and the bot jumps to the wrong intent. So I tried to use the setting 0 , but I do not understand your description in the docs on how to set the values for train postage / normal form. How do I use it for the german language? Any setting I tried did not work well.

hi there. 1. I found that "die" and "liegt" are recocognised as negative words, when I add this pretrained NLP module . "die" means "the" for feminine words and is unavoidable when using the language. "liegt" means "it lies" (for example: St. Moritz lies in the mountains...) so no negativity there.

It would be great that once the bot has been clicked away, he stays away until the moment somebody clicks on the bot's icon. 2. The bot is too big. He covers too much of every webpage. Can I get each chat as an email to a designated email id with all the data shared by the user to the Chatbot? I created a chatbot for a minimal usage. I wanted to know how many users are trying to reach through the website and get their data through the Chatbot.
