Hi, could you please help why the site does not work?

The chatbot is stuck at typing. I see even the SnatchBot support bot Atlas is stuck. Is it a server issue?

now when i show rss feed in my bot am only allowed to show 9 results. can i increase them to show more than 9 results?

My account was signed with facebook. 2 days ago When i entered in snatch bot to edit my bots. I found my account is blank. No reports on Dashboard, No messages in inbox, no bot in bots page. Looks like its a new account. But my bot is working in my Facebook page. Please Help me to Being back my bots.

I'm trying to add 0.50% to a user inputted number but its not working quite right First i ask the user for a number, they enter a number and the bot should return their number with 0.50% added for example if they entered 100 the bot show return 100.5 I created 2 custom variables which captchas the users input twice so i can use it create the results. For the results intersection i have this: Result: [MUL [0.005, [showVar=ur], [ADD [[showVar=ur1], ]]]] But its not working right the result is 50 when it should be 100.5. What seems to be happening is the result 0.5 is get multiplied by 100 But as you can see i want to add the 0.5 result with the second custom variable ur1 to get want 100.5 result but its not working this way for some reason. Can anyone help please, sorry i'm not a programmer so if I'm missing something obvious please bear with me. Thank you

I have set the information about attribut as in the lessons(tutorial) , and i sent them to integromat i receive the information but in variable section . i connect the webhook to google sheet in the column where i want drop emails i can't found the variable or the attribute !! i don't understand where the problem . is the problem comme from snatchbot or integromat . thank you for helping me my idBot : 114763

Ist it possible to choose the connections based on more than one NLP that is noticing something in the user response? Or will always only one NLP model trigger a connection?
