Dear Snatchbot-Team, My team and I am currently using Snatchbot in a study. Of 250 participants that have participated in the study 2 have now replied that our bot is somehow "misbehaving". Those two participants describe conversations and grammar mistakes that we have certainly not programmed, e.g. instead of the two answer-options "good" and "not so good" they can choose between "not so good" and "bowel". Do you have any idea why these mistakes happen and what we can do to prevent them? Thank you very much in advance!

Hello, I was wondering is there an easy way to change quick replies order, e.g. QR from 12th place to QR 7th place etc... I managed to do it somehow yesterday but I cannot replicate it today. When I try to hold click on quick reply and move it around, it just selects text and it's not giving me an option to move them around like conversations ... Thanks

Hello I've created a new chatbot and added few interactions with quick replies, but none of those replies are visible in facebook messenger. They are visible on all other platforms, but they are not working on messenger. I'm having the same problem with multiple chatbots...

Hi, there. Our company has been using the free plan and the chatting system works well. I would like to change the color of the bubble( right now it is blue) which is the iron to start to chat. In addition to that, I would like to change the size of the chatbox. Now the box is too big for our website, so I really want to make it smaller. If someone knows how to change those, please let me know. Or If I can not change those with the free plan, please let me know too. Thank you. Yuji

Hi, I gived access as administrator to some teammates, but they can´t dowload the reports of a bot, is this ok or there might be some technical problem? If it is not possible for an admin to download the reports is there any solution or alternative way to do give them access to that information? Looking forward for your response. For some reason from this morning, snatchbot has started sorting quick replies in the chat by alphabetical order, instead of its original order provided in the bot builder. kindly help. thanks. e.g. 1. bot id: 130208 (pro account) 2. bot id: 145764

It will be really helpful if the chatbot framework development team could integrate multi select to quick replies because they are extremely useful especially in cases were the user is shopping and would rather want to select multiple things at a go instead of 1 and then going on to another interaction to get it. It's an advantage websites would have over chatbots built with snatchbot please implement it. If there is no way for someone to display a user's cart in snatchbot then please implement it

Now I want to buy a pro plan from SnatchBot. My question is the following : What is the minimum price per month to use the What'sApp channel for my bot? When I go on the pro plan from my panel, I can only choose between $ 75 or $ 149. And I read somewhere on the forum that whatsapp channel integration works only from $ 79? Is it true ? Hi Support team! I have an issue with Skype Chatbot. I have integrated chatbot in my system, store group conversationId, serviceUrl, etc... in DB and send to these groups when needed. My system is using .NET Core 2.2 and Bot Framework 4 (version 4.7.0), the system worked well until yesterday. I have 2 groups that cannot receive messages from Bot. My service throws the exception "Operation returned an invalid status code 'BadRequest'". These groups had received messages normal from the same Bot before yesterday. This is my issue. I try to update the Bot Framework up to the latest version (4.11.1), but the issue still not solved. I even remove this bot from these groups and re-add the bot again but still not work. Please help me explain and resolve this case, thank you.
