Help needed ASAP. Recent connections and the changes that I made got saved but after few days, the connections are broken

Hello. We are working on NILA Bot, Bot ID: 110477. I had added utterance Main Menu (ID: 1809491) few days back, and had made all other utterances redirect to the Main Menu. Right now, Main Menu connections are broken. And also, other utterance connections are broken. I specifically remember that the changes that I made were saved. I had published it in the website and tested it, It was working perfectly fine. I don't know why after every 2 days or so, our connections are automatically broken. Is there anything we are NOT doing? Or is it your daily maintenance that is causing this bug? Please let me know about it. This has been a persistent error since last month. And we are having trouble retrieving our saved changes. We are looking forward to publish the bot in website within a week with target audience spanning 3 countries. So, if this error persists, I cant help but think of other alternatives. Please help me out here. This is a persistent error and discouraging. Please help us asap. About Multi Language plugin.

1. I want to use multi language plugin for my bot. But when I select languages other then the default (English) , I can see the same utterances being copied and created for the other languages. But, is it not possible that when I select other languages, the Bot Messages are translated to the other languages and the logic, connection, everything remains same? Please let me know about it. We are working on culturally diverse bot that is supposed to support 5-6 Languages, and this feature will help us a lot. 2. Also, can we not have a single name of the bot for all the plugins. I want to have a bot with name 'NILA' but when i create custom plugin for different languages, the bot name also changes to the plugin name. How can I integrate my custom Plugin with the bot that I have created? 3. How can I integrate User plugin that I created to a bot that I created? 4. How are the plugins published in website, etc.? I am planning to integrate plugin in a bot so that it can be deployed in website. Please suggest possible ways.

Unable to save subject on email alert

I’m having some technical issues with our SnatchBot. I tried to chat about it with your chatbot Atlas but wasn’t able to find the solution. I’m trying to set email notification when specific questions are responded but it doesn’t work. I followed the steps in your tutorial but no luck: https://support.snatchbot.me/docs/sending-yourself-email-alerts The email subject won’t save, only the email address but I tried multiple times and my email never gets notifications and I checked my spam folder as well. Bot ID 103500, Bot name Captain Bluewater.
