Hi,
In my use case I would like to embed the bot in my website. I have a number of venues each of those with their own page in my website. I would like to embed the bot on those pages and the bot to be aware of what page is the user visiting. When the user starts a conversation I would like it to look like this: "Hi, welcome to the Davis Station's Sunshine Lounge" or "Hi, welcome to the Calzone Restaurant, how is your experience here so far?"
Is this scenario possible? (imagine the user lands on this page from scanning a QR code).

What does it mean compliant PCI DSS Level 1?
I want to implement card payment in my chat bot.
When people will enter their card details, card data should send to the booking and and the service should be booked.
As it is implemented on this platform?
I use the booking api.

Hello,
our business is currently using the non-paid version of your chatbot and we would like to ask whether an API would be possible to our internal System to monitor the messages which come from our chatbot in our system.
Moreover, as we have to deal with much data, we would like to ask whether your chatbot could be self-hosted, meaning that we could use our server for hosting the data that we gather from the chatbot.
Also there is the concern about data security - who would be responsible for the data and referring to my previous question - where would these data be stored?

Hi! I get the following error: "You have an active conversation in another tab. Do you want to continue existing conversation or start a new one in this tab?
Note, previous messages will not be visible here if you start a new conversation."
The error is when My website has many user using the website

Regarding API
Hello,
I'm able to save user responses with webhooks, but on approval at a later time i want to send a message back to that user as the bot. I couldn't find a rest endpoint to send such a message.

Deleting the bot
Hello,
I am trying to delete the bot from my account but I get an error:
Facebook Authentication Error. Please try to re-authentificate and make sure you have allowed SnatchBot to manage your pages and try to reconnect the bot again.
I checked on Facebook and no bot are installed. id:63025
Could you please help?
