I want one of our team members to answer the question asked by the user. Is there a way to have the bot send the question to specific members of our team depending on the keywords used in the question?

Hi there, I am trying to configure the web chat persistent menu with two options: 1) Speak with an agent; and 2) Main menu. How can I associate these options to their respective iterations? The persistent menu configuration has the option to associate each option to a "message to the bot", but I am not able to associate this message to each iteration. Now, when I click either "Speak with an agent" or "Main menu" on the persistent menu it behaves as I clicked restart. Thanks Manu

hi- how can I build a multiple answer question, for example: Which services you would like to know more about? [ ] Service 1 [ ] Service 2 [ ] Service 3 [ ] Service 4 so that I will be able to get boolean value (true/false) of user interest in one step - and not ask it several times.

I dont know why bu i think this only error in telegram. So i just created a new bot and only add 1 interactions called "Welcome" and its only says hello, and when i test that on telegram error message always appear in the beginning after "/start"

I want to ask about the JSON API module. so I want to connect between Snatchbot and Integromat, in which I want to send to Google Spreadsheets and Gmail and I have also prepared custom attributes. when I send it always gets an error response but it works, it's annoying very annoying help. please

Hi there, I am building a customer support bot. The objective of the bot is to automate the answers to most questions, but still some human support is expected. It is possible to change the bot behavior according to the time of the day. For example, if a customer interacts with the bot at 11:00 the bot can direct to a customer support agent, but if the interactions happens at 23:00 it will tell him to send an email with his query. 1) can bot do scheduled recurring reports? Or send a session response to admin whenever someone uses the bot? e.g every day at 5pm send a user response report. 2) how can the bot present data pinged from an external database/ systems? e.g. after the user typed their room number. ( 3245) this will send the real time info contact details of the 1) guest name, 2) email address, 3) checked in date 4) which platform they access bot in. e.g. ios or android phone/ desktop 3) Can reports be presented where all the responses are collected by the same user? e.g. John, response>> yes>> email address>> statement. At the moment, the reports are presented on separate rows by the same user ID. this is not convenient to see that its the same response by the same user.

Hi, is there a possibility to have a Message like "I'm here, ask me anything" as an popup over the bubble for the webchat. So I mean the chat is still closed but the bubble says already hi. I saw that with other live chat tools and chatbots and I think that's a good chance to make the chatbot more visible. Thanks for you help Jan

I have already read all the documentation here on the subject and still can not understand very well how I should create the samples and train my models. Especially the intent ones. I think there is a lack of detailed information on the subject. I tried a lot but I could not come to a logical conclusion of, for example, why train an entity model if I can put the same "tags" on a global connection. In my case I'm using chatbot in a narrative way, not for commercial purposes. I think that I could explore mor profoundly this NPL tool and achieve great enrichment of the UX if I had a little more information about this subject.
