Chatbot not working
my chatbot was not working. i was not able to enter response. I have developed new chatbot and now it is working fine. We also have many customer facing the same issue.

Not Re-activate Bot on the next session of the conversation
I had a prospect client messaged me on Facebook. So far, my bot accommodate the chat nicely. But, since I forgot to include to ask the phone number of the prospect, I asked it manually myself. And when my prospect replied to my manual message (not by the bot), the bot restarted the conversation. Is there any way I can disable where the bot don't restart if there's already a conversation? Thank you!

Bot Message response time delayed
Hello,
for while now (CW 30), we notice that bot messages are being sent with a huge delay - instead of < 2 secs, the response time is up to 7 secs.
Why was it changed? What is the issue? And how can we fix it?

Manual to use a API to check the tracking URL in eCommerce software
Hi, we are looking for a manual to integrate in the chatbot the function:
User enter a Ordernumber and the bot is anwsering with the tracking link.
The eCommerce software is Shopware 5 in Version 5.6.7 and we can use a REST-API.

Connected to Facebook page but it does not show
I gave permission to add Snatchbot as a company integration on Facebook and Snatchbot shows up with the correct rights under advanced messages under page settings.
I selected Snatchbot as Primary recipient for transfer protocol and the Facebook page inbox as Secondary recipient for transfer protocol.
But when I view the page as a visitor, there is no way to interact with the bot. Only the normal Facebook message that leads to the page inbox.
Help advise.

they are the problem when u want to filter up to 6 attribute then unable to retrieve it.
