Trying to create a tool for students to study/quiz themselves on infectious disease topics. Currently have a databank of questions/answers, is there a way for chatbot to pull the questions from the data bank or do I need to input the questions one by one?

Hi, I've added the facebook attributes first_name and last_name to my JSON API. But they're not being included in the request body. All the other custom attributes are set correctly. Do I have to do anything for it to work? Thanks.

(bot id = 54450) My bot on Facebook went from working perfectly to completely broken without me changing anything at all. This is catastrophically bad since we are launching this bot in a matter of hours. Please help me fix this! My bot seems to still be working within the Snatchbot web chat, but on Facebook it went haywire. It started sending endless messages. When I deleted the conversation and tried to start again, Facebook showed two popups. One said "Action Unsuccessful: There was an error delivering your message to the page, please try again later." The other said "Send Failed: This person isn't available right now." I couldn't even send a message to the bot. The Facebook page in question is https://www.facebook.com/Trumps-Ear-293054934951111/.

Hi All I would like to know whether it is possible to create multiple bots for one business entity. Meaning creating bots that are specific to a funtional area in the business and then be able to connect all these somehow -- So that clients can chat seamlessly within all the bots without knowing ? Thank you

(Bot ID = 63806.) My bot lets a user write a message, optionally overwrite it with a new message, and then send. There's a JSON API interaction called "Send?" that tells the user what their message is and gives them options to "Send" or "Write new message". The endpoint associated with this interaction receives the "message" attribute. For the original message, the interaction presents the correct text. If the user selects "Write new message", they go through two more interactions that let them overwrite the original message with a new one, the bot overwriting the old "message" attribute. The user then returns to the "Send?" interaction, which should receive the (overwritten) "message" attribute. Strangely though, it doesn't. When it presents the new message to the user, the text is not updated (it's the same as the original message). This is an issue specific to "Send?" being a JSON API interaction. I tested this by creating a Bot Statement interaction called "send test" and rewiring the bot to use that instead of "Send?". The "send test" interaction does exactly the same thing -- the only difference is the type of interaction -- but it correctly presents the new message, not the original one. How can I fix this? Is this a bug in Snatchbot maybe?

I am trying to set a card text response with delay. The maximum delay now is 100 minutes. Can it be lengthened to a week's time? If not, is there any possible way to trigger an automated reply from the bot upon detecting a user's reply after a week's time?

Hi! My bot was working fine until recently. I have it inside an iframe within a wordPress page. Now, the chatbot loads, but it only shows the initial message but not the quick reply options I have setup. i had to change it to open the actual URL

Hi Snatch Bot team , Recently we asked few of your interns to search out for best chatbot making platform . One of our intern suggested us about Snatch Bot , our whole team liked it , we were on the verge of choosing Snatch Bot for building our Bot , but one thing which is very much necessary , intern were getting problem at , JSON API . We checked out your weather API template but seems it either needs more explanation with more better example or something seems missing in it . What issue we are facing is , we want to pass user;s response to API , so that according to response , we could give respective response from the API sample scenerio Lets say we have data of 100 todos. Each todo has a unique id associated with it .What we want is , We want user to give the Id and based on that Id , our Api will send the response corresponding to the given Id. So , how to send Id to the JSON Api basically HOW TO SEND USER'S RESPONSE to the JSON API ANother example lets say user is asked name , user enter the name , now HOW to pass that name to OUR API gone through most the answers but they points to mostly documentation which we have already stated that seems it lacks something It would be very nice if the Snatch Bot team could give a small example based on above scenrio , we are pretty sure that it wouldn't take more then 5 min to do the above task and 5 min more to document it well , in total 10 min , which is far better then just giving the links of document for a problem , examples are much better way to explain , at least in our team we use examples to solve doubts , may be it doesn;t work for everyone , but it would be very nice if the Snatch Bot team could give a small based on above scenerio and also give API structure (if possible in Node.js ) We really appreciate your product :) Thank You
