I am setting an attribute value for interaction in that if the attribute value is 'A' then go to interaction 1 and if it is 'B' then go to interaction 2. In that same interaction, i have other simple connections like if the response to the interaction is exactly matched with 3 then go to interaction 10 but when i select the number 3 and go to interaction 10 and come back to the first interaction and select number 3 again it goes to interaction 1 instead of interaction 10 I would like to know is there a way to use multiple conditions for a single connection or can i use the same response to an interaction instead of Attribute: E.g: If response to interaction = 1 then go to interaction 5 If response to interaction = 1 then go to interaction 6 (or) If responseTo interaction = 1 and Attribute='A' then go to interaction 5 If responseTo interaction = 1 and Attribute='B' then go to interaction 6

I have developed plugins dr.nila and Nila COVID insights plugin. Bothy plugins are working properly and giving results when external API is called in plugin workspace. When these plugins are integrated in my bot the external API is not giving any response. Can u please check and figure the issue.

Hi, to train my bot I need to know, which conversations are unfullfilled. Is there a possibility to to filter the last answer? My attempt is, whenn a user reaches the end of the conversation I set an attribute like [setAttribute EndOfConversation=yes] - but I cannot filter out this attibutte in the report section.

I entered a valid Australian phone number into the phone input and it asked the user to re-enter. I could not find a way to fix the error, so I have temporarily used a normal text input. Is this an error related to Australian mobile and landline numbers?

Other than getting notified by email once a user replies to the interaction, is there a way to have it push notifications to an App? We have a currently running app and was thinking of having the notifications as push notifications in the app. Instead of email.

I am creating a chatbot which is for enquiries collection. For e.g. user can send 30 inch plasma tv. I want it to automatically store that enquiry in one of the trello cards and also send me an email with the enquiry. So how can i do it? I don't want the user to know that a trello card has been made or an email has been sent.

Hi guys, I want to offer the client a tracking with the chatbot. To do this I ask the client for a tracking id. Than I want to add this tracking id as a query string to an url and redirect the client to this page. I guess this is quiet straight forward but as I am completely new at snatchbot I do not really know how to do this. Thanks for your help! Tobias

Good day, My bot requires users to record a message using the microphone. When I go into reports, the translated text (STT) is there, but the amazon s3 link is often not. I say often because at times it is displayed. Having the original recording is very important to the nature of my business and I would really appreciate the help

my friend uses an excel as a data base for Order updates. I advised him to use Snapchat. How can he retrieve data for customers who need to know the status of their order. He can store the info in an excel if required.

I have connected my bot to telegram and i've embedded a few links in one of the greeting messages but only a few of the links show up properly with the Link title & thumbnail image (the links are of other telegram groups which already have cover pictures). The rest of the links don't show the link title nor the thumbnail image. I have attached a screenshot as well.

I'm very new to Snatchbot and I think my scenario should be simple but I cannot get it to work. I would like to be able to use the value of an interaction to direct the flow of later interaction. Here is the flow 1. Which color do you like? (quick replies are "Red" "Green" "Blue" ) 2. What is your first name 3. What is your last name - Now with this question I would like to direct them to an interaction based on the selected color above. So if they chose red above the next question would be red... 4.
