Keywords not being saved
Hi,
When I'm creating connections, any time I generate synonyms and click 'save', the keywords dont get saved. I just immediately get the red check mark and the 'You must fill all fields to save' popup?

Upload a file via JSON API
Hi,
Can I upload and send (.pdf, jpg) as a file to user via using JSON API (POST)?

API message to trigger email
Hi I'm using the snatchbot API channel on one of my bots to hook up to a contact form that sends customer information using the POST 'https://account.snatchbot.me/channels/api/api/...' request. My issue is that when one message is sent to this bot it only starts the conversation/session and so the 'Await response' interaction isn't triggered, and therefore no email is sent. However if I send the data twice, it does trigger the interaction and send the email.
Is there any interaction/config I can use to send an email whenever any data is sent to that API? If not could the 'Await response' interaction be changed so its triggered on the first message sent?

Bot issues
I would like to know if you are aware about bot issues. We are having trouble when modifying global connections.
If we make some changes on it the bot does not change the behaviour (only for global connections).
It was working correctly until few hours ago. We have tested 3 different bots.

Unable to login
Hello, I've been using the same email address and password for several months now, but suddenly I am unable to login. When I try to reset my password, I don't get an email to do so. Is there something wrong with your platform?

Is there any way to get an email with the data from each chat interaction after the flow is completed?

Empty conversations cluttering the inbox
Hey, so when our business goes to check new conversations, we have an issue with too many "empty" conversations, on which the user will open the chat and not interact. Is there any way to filter those or to not register them in order to make it simpler to get to the conversations that have interactions in them?
