Sorry for disturbing, it's me again. I can't format my text in bold or italic on Telegram. For example: "Welcome to the bot [b][attribute=first_name][/b]! [i]Have a nice day![/i]" On WebChat the texts appear in bold and in italic as I set, however they appear normal on Telegram. How to fix this in order to make the texts appear formatted also on Telegram? Thanks again.

Hi, We have been trying to fix this issue for like a month now. We would love to use Snatchbot for our own purposes and for our large clients. But the bots just keep failing us. Earlier when we tried to embed our bot we got the chat window to appear, but when opened the bot chat window just displayed a message "Error". More on it here (earlier support ticket): https://support.snatchbot.me/discuss/5d54ecf76082d1006c281059 The issue at the moment is that the bot conversation is not starting. We just get the message: "ABM-apubotti is typing message..." and nothing begins. This is really embarassing as we see from analytics that people try to open and chat with the bot. But no. It is not working. I would love use Snatchbot, but as it is the platform is letting us down hard.

Good morning, On WebChat or on Facebook for example, the message I would like to put with Quick Replies would look like this: Are you sure about that? Yes, I'm sure. No, I've changed my mind. On Telegram instead, it looks like this: Are you sure about that? Choose: Yes, I'm sure. No, I've changed my mind. And it's pretty bad considering I'm creating a bot in an another language. Is it possible to remove "Choose:" from the Quick Replies? Or are there some alternatives to them, making sure that whenever an user selects an option, all of them would disappear, in order to prevent he could select the other options causing flood? Everything worked very well but now I figured out that the chatbots doesn't works anymore... All I see is "<name> is typing message...", and nothing append... Can you help me ? I hope this issue will not continue because I really need my chatbots wroks well ! Thanks, Martin

Hi! I use my bot on my website, fb and viber. After the major update, I tested and remarked issues. I disabled the 2 channels (fb and viber), so we can test it on the website only. From Safari it works only for the 2-3 interactions. From chrome none. (I believe its a cache issue). Can you please check?

I was wondering if it is possible to allow multiple choices in quick replies. For example, if I have ten quick replies for the visitor to choose from, they were able to choose two or three instead of only one. Or another scenario would be if they could grade the replies 1, 2, or 3.

I'm having an issue with "restart" command. I've been testing my bot today and everything seemed fine, including "restart". When I tested the bot again just now, it won't respond to "restart". This is what I'm getting: - on Messenger it doesn't respond completely. When I type "restart" there is a "writing" prompt but then it disappears and nothing happens. - in the test chat on your platform it is very reluctant: it will respond with "writing..." and one time stay inactive indefinitely and another - display the welcome message, but only after several minutes. My bot ID is 67693. I tried cloning it expecting the situation to be some kind of a glitch, but it was all the same. I've deactivated the bot on Messenger for now as I'm not sure if it works properly and I'm unable to test it. I would appreciate your help. Best wishes, Patrick

Hi, I've put the embed code on my website and the bot works. However, the conversation starts in background even if I've unchecked the option in bot parameters (to start automatically) and chat button was not clicked. The conversation starts in background every times people land on my website. I need people must click on the icon to start the conversation with the bot. Is it possible ? Thanks

How can I set session expiry to never or to min. to three month? In our start message, we check if the user wants to be updated by notifications. The maximum session expiry is set to 10800. After that the conversation starts completly over and go back to the initial message. So the user gets asked every three ours if he wants to be updated by our broadcasts.
