this is a question about the website reserveamerica.com apparently the only way to get into certain state parks is by using a bot. is there a way to utilize your service for me to get a booking through that site. basically you have to click reserve button on site at precisely 8 am est to get a booking in certain florida parks. I have been unsuccessful last few attempts. thanks

Hi, e.g Bot 152216 (but happens in the others, too) starts with the attribute week=0 and it sets it to 1 in the interaction (2361645). But when I restart the bot it doesn't seem to remember that the attribute is now 1. It worked fine till last week. Thanks

Hi in the bot the attributes return anything instead of the actual value. It works fine till yesterday but from today morning it returns anything. Bot ID: 117059 Bot ID: 129825 Bot ID: 133463 Kindly check it as soon as possible because it is in production

Dear Admin, I have a bot which is working properly for the last 1 year. and today users report that the Bot does not recognized quick reply menu which is set in NLP as global connection. And I realized that the bot speed to process the word also much slower than last time. Is there any changes on the backend? Please kindly help. Thank you.

in pro plan its written $30/monthly for 10k message. the questions are: 1. does the message quota is restart per month? 2. if in a month the message only counted 9k message, does the 1k left quota message will be added for next month quota (so in the next month i get 11k quota)? Thank you

Title says it all. Basically the image shown is very small even when I uploaded it with high resolution and you can barely see any detail on it. There's a "See image" option when clicking with the mouse right button, but it opens in the same tab, so you have then to go back and start the chat all over again. Thanks in advance!

Hi, I would like to use bold and italic in my telegram chatbot and I googled what the Telegram conventions are: **bold** and __italic__ but it does not work, it prints the symbols. If I am using these conventions writing in Telegram myself, it works. How can I make it work in the chatbot?

Hi, I am using a Webhooks in Fallback connections to save data in an excel sheet (via Integromat) und it worked perfectly fine till last week but now the Webhooks seems to send the data twice (triggered twice?) and I have no idea why. I am not aware that I changed anything.
