Hello. I need to accept payments in chat bot and it's not PayPal. I read your JSON API documentation and understand that you are using middle server to create response for chatbot. What should i use if i have only api of payment gateway and api of the bot. No server in the middle. How to organize program ? Do you such examples ?

Hi, I'm very close to subscribing as paying customer! I need to know if I can use the button as a response/extracted data? The buttons limit 20 characters. Assuming the choice from the user is a particular menu and the name of the dish is longer then 20 characters. Same goes with quick replies.... Is there a way to call a button say "choose" but the input passed in the background is something else longer and can be used later in the conversation or even pass it to a webhook? Thank you. Kind regards, Syed

Hi, Seems that messages that I broadcast are sent only to a few (~61/~1000). Is there any chance to happen this because of "get agreement for your users to receive broadcast notifications from your bot."? How can I get this agreement via Snatchbot? Maybe there is any issue?

I see that when I create an interaction there is the ability to insert cards and this allows me to pass a user onto different interactions which is in fact what I'm trying to achieve however I've seen in the example bots the way these filters/buttons are displayed can be different, to try and explain the 'cards' seems to create a block with the buttons in however the other way I've seen buttons displayed is a simple row without being held within a visible block. Can anyone advise me how I achieve the alternative display style?

Good afternoon. I've already talked about the problem in Telegram with Quick Replies, because they appear like this: Choose: Yes No And not how it should look like (this): Yes No I was told that this couldn't be modified on Snatchbot side because it was made on Telegram, however if I use any programming language, this "Choose:" doesn't appear, and in Cards either. If Cards can be like this: Custom text Yes No Then why don't you do the same with quick replies? This actually can't be edited on Telegram side, instead it should be edited on Snatchbot side. To be honest this useless text just ruins everything, especially when a bot was made in another language. I think you should also improve Snatchbot on other platforms, and not only on Webchat. For example, why on Telegram I can't have sub-menus when they're perfectly supported on it? Why must I have this "Choose:" that ruins everything? Please guys, find a solution because I really need quick replies and I don't have other options. I hope you'll find something. Thanks for the attention and good job.

I wanted to let you know that the "is typing message..." still doesn't get translated when changing Snatchbot's interface language, for example even though I set the interface to Italian, it keeps being in English. This bug was told almost one month ago, it's strange you didn't still fix it. Thank you for your attention.
