is it possible for the whatsapp bot to have buttons because it would be a lot easier for clients and the bot structure built from the framework mainly uses buttons

Hey there, since several days i am trying to establish an Line Translater for our Group. I tried also a blank bot, also like the template bot for translation. I have the free account and the azure account with the text translator ressource. On Azure i have two keys, but Microsoft says one is enough. (The second is backup). I put these key (i tryied also both keys at both positions) into the translation setting bot and profile, but nothing happens. The Bot gives me always the error Message i told him. I am not possible to connect to Azure. On Statistics in Azure there is nothing counted, no traffic, noting. Can someone help me in this case? have a nice day Alex

Hi there! When we test the chat here in Snatchbot, it works fine. But when we tried it out on our Facebook Messenger, Desktop and android, the bot stops in the middle of the interaction. And somewhat, the bot continues the interaction itself after a couple of minutes. And sometime it works fine. There may have been inconsistencies with the bot. I wanted to know why those things happen and if possible this can be fixed. Thanks, Bob Sanders

Hello, I couldn't get my bot to work on messenger for the past few weeks. I realised that it is actually working if I disable the speech to text feature and send text messages instead. It is really important to me that the messages are actually sent in audio. Is it a bug or does messenger doesn't support audio messages from bots anymore ? (which would be weird). If I re-activate audio generated messages, the bot just doesn't "read" the messages (transparent checkmark next to it). It was working perfectly a few months ago but I just came back to it. Thank you.

Is there a way to remove the rss image wich is postetd automatly after you request a rss feed? eg. I want to get an image from instagram. I convert latest post into a feed but when my telegram bot request it, beside the image post i receive 2 image with rss. i would like that my post to be last not the rss ad. thank you!

I cannot change the restart command, I type another word but when I refresh the page is stell the same word than before Addionally, I wanna point that the new global webhook configuration is not working, it is disabling itself
