Hi, if a user messages my bot with any kind of message, the first interaction comes up, it's weird and I do not know how to stop it.

If I want to remind the participant of my bot with the same bot-message as one of the previous interactions (which is generating a random bot-message from 3 options), what should I do? Also, if I want to send a bot-message with 3 randomized different sentences (e.g. named A, B, and C) . For example, it shows A this time. Then, in another interaction, I want to send the bot message with the same sentences except the one shown before (which means showing one sentence between B and C). For example, it then shows B. Finally, in another interaction, I want to show the last sentence which didn't show in the first two interactions (this time is C). What should I do?

Hello! You already told that in webchat you can not allow for user to continue conversation with bot - after some time bot starts from the beginning again. Are there platforms to realise this function? I tried telegram, viber and fb messenger all of them are starting bot from beginning after some short time when user left chat before and returned again.
