Hi, i am already using live chat, and i wanted to know if there is any option to marked with a green dot the live chat that in the first instance were answered by an agent but then received some new messages to be answered by thise agent. Now it only appears the green dot when you a have a new live chat request, but once you answered it the green dot disappears and it is very difficult to continue the conversation if you received many live chat request at a time. The chat that is waiting for an answer just get lost between all the conversations. I stay attentive to your response. Thank you very much.

Is there a default replay option on Snatchbot, so the bot answers to not understood inputs? Thanks

In integrating with Zendesk Chat, would "Awaiting Response" work for a Zendesk agent to take over the chat?

We are looking at integrating Snatchbot with Zendesk chat. As we don't expect the bot to cover all the queries, we would like to ask how to gracefully handover the conversation to a Zendesk agent(human) and not on the "Inbox" in snatchbot.

german special chars not showing anymore.

Hi. in the middle of editing a bot, it switched to not showing anymore german special chars. he converts them correctly in the bot, so thats not a problem. but now he tries to speak that. for example für an "ö" he writes "ö" and that he tries to speak than... thanks!!

Problem with Snatchbot Inbox

Hi there! I'm not able to access the Snatchbot Inbox. The Inbox keeps on loading. I don't have problem with any of the Snatchbot features except the Snatchbot Inbox. Also I've already contacted our IT department, we don't have connection problem on our end, and they stated that it has something to do with the website. Is there a way that I can fix this problem on my end? Thanks, Bob Sanders

RSS Feed and adding image

Hi, I just started the support ticket about adding an image to a card. I'm so sorry, I made a mistake. I'm having an issue adding the image to the RSS Feed cards. When I add the image URL, the image doesn't show up at all. The RSS Feed connect and bring in the RSS articles but the image I associate with it does not show up. What could be the issue?
