Hello. I don´t get it, I´m making a bot for a Spa; I need it to have booking options, and accept paypal (but their paypal -not mine). Does the Paypal account has to match the email with which I have the Snatchbot logged in? Then how can I make a Bot for, say, a Spa. I´m sorry, I´m in trouble here. Thanks.

Hello, my bot always responds with the welcome message. It keeps repeating everytime a person resumes the chat after a short or long period of time.

I have set the information about attribute (email) as in the lessons(tutorial), and I sent it to zappier where I am getting information except the variable that I created to capture the email address from the webhook. If I use another webhook website, I get the value of variable to collect email. But, I want to use zapier to receive email notification where all information of webhook will be shared. Hi, I have an email extraction interaction which is connected with another interaction. And the connection is fallback connection. In first interaction (email extraction), I ask email and then questions from the users in second interaction (bot statement). So, I want an email notification where I want email (from the first interaction) along with the message (from the second interaction) on my email. Please suggest solution.

Is anyone else having trouble getting onto their account? when I try I just get the blue page with the logo in the middle and nothing else happens
