Hi, I'm having trouble with Custom Intent. I've created an intent with at least 75 examples. The intent has been training and when I test it, its works fine and is recognized. Yet when I assign it to an interaction, I won't recognize it. It just repeats the previous answer or restart the bot. It doesn't make a difference if I add intent to the interaction or as a global connection, it does the same thing. 1. How many examples do I have to add for your bot to recognize the intent. It's a simple intent. 2. What is the difference between BERT and the Bernoulli Naive Bayes model? I used both to no real success. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks 2.

Hello, I am seemingly unable to figure out how to get my user responses into a Google sheet. When in Zapier, I don't ever see any custom attributes available to map. All custom attributes are available and visible in the "Webhooks attributes" section of the Connections screen. I have verified the webhook repeatedly. Always OK. I can't tell whether this is on Zapier's side or Snatchbot. What is needed to get the attributes detected to map, and values to be sent. I have set up webhooks in all necessary responses, and have been setting custom variables and attributes as needed.

Can i move my bot to microsoft azure? If so then how would i do it?

Hello, i've deployed my bot into one channel which is Line. I tried to invite the bot to a group, and started input the keyword, but when i input the keyword, the bot just replied to my private chat and not reply to the group. Is there any solution to solve or the bot indeed can be used on private chat? Thank You

Is there any way to allow the user to skip entering a phone number in phone extraction? I'd like the system to validate the response if entered, but allow them to enter something like "skip" to move to the next step without entering a phone. I've tried a Conditional Connection with both contains and exact match with the word "skip", but that doesn't seem to work as it seems to try to validate the phone number first.
