I just started to create my own bot. SnatchBot was nice accept one big problem. For example: I wAnt to do that when i write "fact", no matter what "status / message" we are in, the bot will always write me the requested message. I hope you will understand me and can help. Dear Team, I made a bot for Viber, people can select a specific category to show the content of our website through RSS, all went fine, but how I can make the bot sends a notification to the user when new content added through RSS?, I have tested the subscription button but nit getting any notification when the RSS feed is adding new content. To make it more simple, i want the people to get notifications when new content added to the categories they subscribed to. Please advise. Thank you,

Hello, Snatchbot Support Team - How do I deactivate the Restart Command from the Configure settings. I'd just like to have the welcome message displayed once for new inquiries. Is it possible? It seems it is repetitive after every inquiry is refreshed after a certain time. My Bot ID is 111113, and the Interaction ID is 1737227. I am hoping you can assist me on this, please Thanks!

The bug about the attributes reset was perfectly fixed along all this week and NOW IT APPEARED AGAIN. This is just frustrating, it is impossible to create a complex bot in this way if there's always something messed up in your platform. Work more on the bug fixes instead of working only on pro functions or hire some beta testers and test the updates before releasing them, since you ALWAYS break something in EVERY UPDATE. I'm seriously at the point of just leaving the platform and go somewhere else. Your platform will be free, but the quality in terms of stability is really low.

Hello. After the bot has run its course, if the participant's question is still unanswered, I want their final question to be emailed to us. I've set up email extraction, but can't find a way to get the email address added to the message the bot send s to us. The message is pretty useless if we can't contact them back. Your help will be much appreciated.

Hi there, I just try to use restaurant order template and want to see user's order in back end just what customer ordered. I mean I just want to see ordered items. Can I do that ? I dont want to see whole conversation which is already asked questions what would you like to order and so on by chatbot.

I am having a handful of minor issues with NLP. Perhaps you can help. The simplest issue is the way my bot replies to a Facebook Appointment request. It gives the standard welcome message. I'd like it to either reply with a confirmation message or do nothing, as it causes confusion. How can I train NLP to recognize a Facebook Appointment Request? I'm also having small issues with certain words that can have multiple meanings or words that could be used for multiple interactions. This one is harder to explain. Let's say someone mentions the word "duck". This could be an injured wild duck, an abandoned baby duck, a pet domestic duck that someone has dumped or wants to surrender, etc. Each of those require different interactions. Further, the words "injured" or "abandoned" could apply to different animals (I e. Raccoon, fox, deer, etc), also needing their own sets of interactions. I'd appreciate any help you can provide. It's my goal for this bot to provide crucial information quickly and easily when folks reach out to us for help. Thank you for your support! Best,

Hi Team, I have configured the custom attribute with the value from my prior response in Configure tab. Attribute value : [responseTo interaction=1672127 fallback=TEXT] If the conversation is restarted, It will ask user to enter the value and the user inputs are not updated into the custom attribute. I am using attribute value to pass in Json API.
