Hi! When someone records an audio at https://snatchbot.me/webchat?botID....etc, , we can see it but not hear it, like user.158b001383fae79d.Kq60PkAi sendAudio:base64 There is no 'play' button at https://snatchbot.me/conversation but there is a play button inside chat, from user side, the one who is recording audio. That means, they think we are hearing it, but we are not. Is there any solution or other way to hear those direct web page audio chats? Thanks

Hi, I'm trying first steps with the chatbot. I set up a start interaction but before the test bot shows my custom start interaction, it displays: "Hi! Thanks for getting in touch with us on our website. Please send us any question you may have and we will try to get back to you as quickly as we can." Can I somewhere turn this message off? I don't see it in the interactions nor in the schema. Thank you in advance! Micha
