Hi, I just started the support ticket about adding an image to a card. I'm so sorry, I made a mistake. I'm having an issue adding the image to the RSS Feed cards. When I add the image URL, the image doesn't show up at all. The RSS Feed connect and bring in the RSS articles but the image I associate with it does not show up. What could be the issue? Hi, I have issue with the handover receiver protocol from snatchbot to facebook since we dont plan to use hootsuite to handle the chat Everytime the await response triggered, the messenger receiver shifts from snatchbot to inbox but the problem is the receiver goes to Done Folder in facebook instead of Main Folder, so all the chat receive from snatcbot is not seen in facebook mobile app for example facebook business suite mobile app, unless we open the desktop or web browser business suite Can anyone in snatchbot tell me how to fix this ?

Hi, When I try to use a custom variable in add connection the action to the interaction is never trigger. My custom variable is set correctly : [customVar KEY=VALUE] in the add connection in the variable field do we have to use the KEY name or [showVar=KEY] value Regards

Hi, I want to remove the "typing" response of the bot when the user is in Awaiting Response Interaction. Is that possible? The problem with this is that users see the "typing" and expects a response but then when a live customer service representative is not there to respond on that same time, it depicts a mocking connotation to the user since it was "typing" but there were no messages sent. If I want to remind the participant of my bot with the same bot-message as one of the previous interactions (which is generating a random bot-message from 3 options), what should I do? Also, if I want to send a bot-message with 3 randomized different sentences (e.g. named A, B, and C) . For example, it shows A this time. Then, in another interaction, I want to send the bot message with the same sentences except the one shown before (which means showing one sentence between B and C). For example, it then shows B. Finally, in another interaction, I want to show the last sentence which didn't show in the first two interactions (this time is C). What should I do?

You charged me $10 which I did not approve, I do not have a pro subscription, I still have $10 which are not used and never upgradet the bot but you charged me on my credit card, I already canceld that, this is against the law, I have no subscription, I only added credit once which is not used and you think you can update my balance how you like it or what. You better transfer the money back asap, or I will call it fraud!
