What happens: Whenever i get a notification, that my chatbot is awaiting response from a representative, i go, check it out and start talking to the person, meanwhile the chatbot restarts. How can i make it so it doesent automatically restart after i engage in a conversation. I just want it to wait for 7 days per say untill the chatbot can activate again.

Hello, I would like to view messages that people do with the bot to get leads from them. Here's what I am doing and here's what I want to do. I have my bot programmed as a lead capture bot. So when someone chats, they are asked for their name, email and phone number and the reason for their inquiry. I want to view that information in the messages or have it emailed to me or something after they complete it. Even if they don't start a live chat with me, I still want to see that information so I can follow up with them. How can I achieve this? Thank you, Larry

In our company, we currently email our users a PDF form to fill out and email back to us. I would like to know if it is possible to create a snatchbot that: 1) Can be sent as an email link to users 2) Once opened can be linked to the email address of the user (so they are auto-identified and do not need to enter their personal details or login when answering questions in the snatchbot conversation) 3) To link the conversation to our ZOHO CRM platform (snatchbot conversation linked to a specific user in the CRM) Looking forward to a prompt response. How do I change how the "conversations" tab looks? Can I get people's emails to show up in the main view, so that I immediately see who is who and don't have to manually search for people's emails? The problem is that in the conversations tab, every dialog looks exactly the same. Would be great if they could be labeled differently (like spam, not important, lead), or if it could show the email that the person instead of like "user.15a9e01a5cbd2fe5.bJUdgyqC". Thanks!

Hi, I would like to know whether you had a Security Policy regarding how you use the data stored from the chatbot's conversation. What do you do with these data ? I previously saw that you don't sell or give access to the data gathered by chatbots to third parties. So what do you do with them ? Do you just keep them for fun ? Do you study them ? Do you analyze them ? How do I stop the bot from sending automated messages after I have replied something in the chat? "Await response" isn't a solution in this one. I want to be able to jump into the conversation anytime and the bot to stop sending messages when I have written something. Thanks in advance.

My alternative was iframe inside a fixed popup. But you disabled iframe. Better integration with websites, please. Remove border-radius on mobile too. And they also change to width 100% and height 100% in mobile. - I do not know how to speak English, I'm Brazilian - Translation

My bot (id=56177) uses an address extraction interaction. In the interaction that follows it, I use "[extractedData interaction=855691 fallback=TEXT]" in the text of the message. This works correctly. However, in that same interaction I set a custom attribute to "[extractedData interaction=855691 fallback=TEXT]", and that doesn't work. It always has the value of the response to the address extraction interaction, rather than the extracted data. The reason this is an issue is that a user can type an address fragment in response to the address extraction interaction. But what we need on our end is not the fragment but rather the full address, i.e. the extracted data. How can I fix this?

Hello, My bot keeps identifying itself as 'Customer Service Bot' when it posts a message in the chat window. But the 'Typing' message says the name of the bot for which I named it 'Christian'. How can I change the name that says 'Customer Service Bot' to say 'Christian'? Where do I go to change that? Thank you, Larry
