Hi, We are thinking about using snatchbot as a tool in our Saas. So our customer's employees can have some access to quick important information during work. We are already testing using JSON API and it's working fine. We would also like to allow them to activate Live Chat, but can't put them all to access the same Snatchbot account to see "Conversations". Can we setup a conversation panel in our Saas and allow these live chats through API?

Hi, Is it possible to had several rules with entities and intents detection in the "Connections & NLP" part ? For example, if I have an intent that is called "buy" and some of the samples are "I want to buy" or "I don't want to buy". Imagine I have an intent that is called "car" and another called "window". Will I be able to implement a system that understands at the same interaction something like "I don't want to buy a window" and "I want to buy a car" and then redirect to different interactions according to what has been entered ? Here's the situation: With our chatbot, we present the user with a button that links to our app and has them complete an action there. When they complete the action, we'd like to resume the chat by sending them a message and letting them continue in the flow. We don't want them to have the send another message (it's redundant because they've already completed the action in the app). Is there a way to do this?

Hi, I would like to know if there is an easy way to know which questions have not been answered, if there was a filter to just see them in the conversation panel to be able to add them to some new interactions or to configure the previous ones already created. Best

The Monthly fee depends on the maximum number of messages available, and will automatically adjust for each payment period. I don't understand this definition, can anyone please explain it to me. I have a client who have around 200k users, how do I measure the amount of messages that he needs? Does even single message is counted or how does it work? BR, Alex Mushinsky

Hello :-) Is there a way we could look at the logs of the raw responses that a specific interaction for a specific bot got from a JSON API call ? Because when I try to implement a message and suggested replies, it works well using the Web channel but does not show the same using FB Messenger. Thanks Cheers Alain

I just attempted to integrate SnatchBot with our company's slack. Slack says this app has not been approved/reviewed by the Slack team. Can you guys please submit this app for review? It will help our security team a lot if Slack reviews/approves it.
