Hi! I am injecting the Init script as dynamic scripts in my Vue app, the client gave me two script tags, the first one is: <script src="https://account.snatchbot.me/script.js"></script> The second one (window.sntchChat.Init(id)) seems to not wait until the first one loads, because the chatbot doesn't initialize and I have this error: "Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'Init' of undefined". This is beacuse in that moment the window.sntchChat is undefined, but if I call the second script ulteriorly from the console, it works. I've already tried to defer the second script, but the same issue. Did somebody meet this error and could resolve it? Thanks, Krisztina

Hi, I created webhook and got messages from chat platform. But sometimes, incoming_message is empty even if I send message from webchat. channel=webchat&incoming_message=&module_id..... Also, when I called https://support.snatchbot.me/reference#post-message for sending message to webchat but It couldn't work

Hi! I need help. I managed to send alerts to my email with certain interactions, but a generic email arrives. In that email there is a userid. I want to know how I do to verify which chat conversation (within the panel options) that userid belongs, or if there is a way in the reports to know what interactions that userid handles. So far I can't find the association between the userid that arrives in the mail with the e of the panel. In the chat conversations I see the identifier of the facebook user, but nothing else. I hope you can help me. Thank you!

I am setting an attribute value for interaction in that if the attribute value is 'A' then go to interaction 1 and if it is 'B' then go to interaction 2. In that same interaction, i have other simple connections like if the response to the interaction is exactly matched with 3 then go to interaction 10 but when i select the number 3 and go to interaction 10 and come back to the first interaction and select number 3 again it goes to interaction 1 instead of interaction 10 I would like to know is there a way to use multiple conditions for a single connection or can i use the same response to an interaction instead of Attribute: E.g: If response to interaction = 1 then go to interaction 5 If response to interaction = 1 then go to interaction 6 (or) If responseTo interaction = 1 and Attribute='A' then go to interaction 5 If responseTo interaction = 1 and Attribute='B' then go to interaction 6

I have developed plugins dr.nila and Nila COVID insights plugin. Bothy plugins are working properly and giving results when external API is called in plugin workspace. When these plugins are integrated in my bot the external API is not giving any response. Can u please check and figure the issue.

Hi, to train my bot I need to know, which conversations are unfullfilled. Is there a possibility to to filter the last answer? My attempt is, whenn a user reaches the end of the conversation I set an attribute like [setAttribute EndOfConversation=yes] - but I cannot filter out this attibutte in the report section.

I entered a valid Australian phone number into the phone input and it asked the user to re-enter. I could not find a way to fix the error, so I have temporarily used a normal text input. Is this an error related to Australian mobile and landline numbers?

Other than getting notified by email once a user replies to the interaction, is there a way to have it push notifications to an App? We have a currently running app and was thinking of having the notifications as push notifications in the app. Instead of email.

I am creating a chatbot which is for enquiries collection. For e.g. user can send 30 inch plasma tv. I want it to automatically store that enquiry in one of the trello cards and also send me an email with the enquiry. So how can i do it? I don't want the user to know that a trello card has been made or an email has been sent.

Hi guys, I want to offer the client a tracking with the chatbot. To do this I ask the client for a tracking id. Than I want to add this tracking id as a query string to an url and redirect the client to this page. I guess this is quiet straight forward but as I am completely new at snatchbot I do not really know how to do this. Thanks for your help! Tobias

Good day, My bot requires users to record a message using the microphone. When I go into reports, the translated text (STT) is there, but the amazon s3 link is often not. I say often because at times it is displayed. Having the original recording is very important to the nature of my business and I would really appreciate the help
