When the user begins chatting to a live agent, whilst the user is waiting for the agent to respond or when the agent is typing, we want for ‘VMIA’s advisor is typing’ to display. Can if we could display the below during live chat to reassure the end user ?

Is there a possible way to stop the bot from working with a certain period of time? Currently our facebook page is only available from 8am to 2pm. I want to know if it is possible for the bot to prompt a message that our page cant reply as of the moment after 2pm.

Hi, 1. I have a PLN model of Greetings "Saludo" and the word "Estefanía" is recognized in this model; but I included this word in a not match case. Otherwise, I have this word "Estefanía" included in other PLN model "Nombres", because there are some names that we need to recognize. Could you please helping me about this? I have already trained the models. 2. Is there any way to obtain the entity data the PNL model recognized?, for example in Names: "Here is doctor James", I would like to obtain and save in a attribute the value "James". Is it possible? This scenario is possible: 1. Extract the attributes from this json https://tools.learningcontainer.com/sample-json.json 2. Let the chatbot ask: what feature are you interested in and the list should appear: FirstName, lastName, Gen etc. 3. When the user chooses one of the options, the chatbot responds with the value extracted from the json. That is, if you choose Firstname, the chatbot will return the attribute: Rajesh

Currently if the user selects a link, a new tab opens, however the chat in the new tab is the same as when the user lands on the website. If this chat is opened, the user gets the below active conversation message. If I select ‘No, go back’ to continue the conversation I am met with the ‘Refresh Page’ message. When I refresh the page nothing happens. Is this because we cannot have to chats open in two windows? Ideally if the user selects a link which opens a new tab, the chat remains open in the new tab, even if they get the message below. We would then want them to be able to continue their chat in this new window. Active Conversation message: You have an active conversation in another tab, do you want to continue existing conversation?......

Hello, I am not able to see the complete chat in the inbox from a particular chat. In all the chats I can see only a part of the chat done by the bot. Tell me how can I view the complete chat information which is done by the chat bot from first interactions till end.

I wrote a Python script, how can I get the chatbot to get user profile information from my website if they are logged in, and then send that data to my python program? How can I then make my python program wait for a trigger sent from the bot in order to make an action happen?
