I need to give our school leadership team a quote to request funding for the chatbot for next school year.

Hello, we need to be able to have a chatbot for testing purposes and showcasing our clients. To pay 99usd per month for something we use once or twice per year is a lot. Is it possible to pay per message instead? So for example we add 30usd and when amount is out we add again? Or the only way to use snatch bot on web now is to upgrade to pro and pay 99usd per month?

In order to make my bots working again, I have to upgrade to Pro. But there is no way since every time I try to make a payment, I get this error: "Create payment error".

Bonjour, Je fais partie de l’association AGIRabcd (Association Générale des Intervenants Retraités - action des bénévoles pour la coopération et le développement) délégation du Var. C’est une association à but non lucratif créée en octobre 1981 et reconnue d’utilité publique. Après avoir sélectionner votre outil parmi 4 ou 5 outils équivalents, j’ai passé beaucoup de temps pour créer des bots qui sont utilisés uniquement en interne pour aider les nouveaux adhérents à se familiariser avec nos procédures et site Intranet. La création de ces bots n’avait pas un but commercial, ni lucratif. Lorsque j’ai commencé à utiliser cet outil, je n’ai lu nulle part dans la documentation, ce passage obligatoire par une version PRO, je pensais que cet outil était « Open-Source » d’utilisation. Serait-il possible d’avoir une version libre pour association, ou à un tarif vraiment préférentiel. Nous sommes très déçus par ce type de changement qui est assez dur, et auquel nous ne nous attendions pas. Les adhérents, et moi-même, commençaient à prendre l’habitude de son utilisation qui nous « simplifiait la vie ».

Bonjour, J'utilise snatchbot en France dans une école pour enfants handicapés et en difficultés scolaires. Le passage à la nouvelle version n'empêche d'utiliser les bots crées. Nous n'utilisons les bots que pour l'enseignement, et non à but lucratif serait-il possible d'avoir une version éducation ou un tarif préférentiel pour pouvoir poursuivre sur ce support très intéressant ? Nous sommes très attristés par ce changement très brutal, ce support est très riche pour nos élèves.

Hi All, is there a setting for Channels (i.e. Line, Facebook, WhatsApp) which allows to get information in cases where i.e. the Line Contact blocks the ongoing Chat? We just tested it and though we blocked a Chat, the Bot was still able to send messages, but the Line Contact didn't see them anymore. It would be good to have an alert in cases where this would happen. Many business social media accounts actually close chats after 48 hours of stalled conversations automatically.
